    We recently got married and decided to have Miss Amy's Bakery make our wedding cake, ****** cake and desert bar, I met with *** to go over my vision. I was given a price list for the desert bar and a quote for two cakes. I was told by the owner (***) to call two weeks prior to the wedding to finalize the details. I contacted Miss Amy's Bakery as instructed. I was told by the manager (****) that I could not speak with *** that I had to go through her! I was given a different price list than what I was given when I booked our wedding, **** proceeded to tell me I needed to pay the new prices and that was the way it was. She was also going to charge me more for the ****** cake than what I was originally quoted. Part of the desert bar included cupcakes. I was told the flavors of the cupcakes would be whatever they decided to make that day, so we had no idea what we would be getting! It was too late to go elswhere.Moving forward to our wedding day...The overall experience was not good. The wedding cake was not what I asked for. The ****** cake was not as expected, the shape and overall look of the cake is still a mystery! The desert bar was not as expected. The cupcakes were mini, not regular sized as expected. The overall deserts were a disappointment. We had a beautiful, amazing, elegant wedding, Our goal was to make sure everyone had an amazing time, with good food. The desert bar was a huge disappointment. I was embarrassed! The owner offered a nominal refund which I consider an insult. We spent a significant amount of money and expected better quality and better service than what we received. We will not be returning to this bakery in the future and would not recommend this bakery.
