    This condominium association penalizes the residents irresponsibly & irrationally. For placing the trash cans 2 days in advance on the driveway they penalized me with a fine of $200 + $280 for trash removal. They said Bill **** Charges for trash removal. When they say "Bill ****" doesn't that mean they are billing me back for the bill they already paid to someone? So I asked them for a Receipt/**** to see who is the firm that charged $280 for the trash removal. They say their email is my bill/receipt. They don't provide any bills and keep on charging fines. They take lenience if the property is rented out and harass owners with these penalties.
