I wouldn’t purchase a pool or spa from anyone else. I’ve been a customer for decades. Knowledgeable and caring staff with excellent pools and spas. I love that Knickerbocker is local to our area with several locations. I have a store in my hometown and one where I work. It’s so convenient for my pool and spa water testing.Review from Greg Q

Honest, Professional Pool Company that treats any customer like family. They worked with me on creative ideas and solutions and are miles above any other pool company out there. Highly recommend based on their knowledge, attention to details and ability to satisfy everything I asked for even when they didn't need to!Review from Donna R

Knickerbocker pools has turned into a joke it isn’t the family owned business I’m use to, horrible customer service and even worse technicians. Just replaced a pool heater and paid extra for installation and they didn’t even hook it up.Review from Lisa S

I purchased a home that had a pool installed by Knickerbocker. I could not get anyone to provide me with teaching on the pool when I visited the store and asked. Was criticized for not bringing enough water in for sample testing. Had them close my pool and they only fastened 3/4 of the cover and didn't finish. I had to reach out to them to figure out why and was given the reason only because I contacted them. They make me feel like an idiot when I ask questions. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. An overall great experience for a first-time pool owner. Knickerbocker successfully refurbished our in-ground pool after years of neglect with a new liner and mechanical inspection.Review from Vance P

As a Hardscaping contractor that has installed pavers around pools for the past 20 years, I have nothing but great things to say about Knickerbocker Pools. They are a pool company that knows and understands the ins and outs of installing and servicing pools. Their experienced team doesn't cut corners when it comes to all the challenges of building quality pools. They are a top shelf company that I highly recommend. Michael K. I have been impressed with the quality of our pool and the workmanship that went into the project. There are a lot of moving parts to a pool install and I was impressed at how our installation went. I have heard good and bad things about the different pool companies in the Dayton area, but I am happy with our choice. There is a reason that this company has been around for four decades, and many of my friends and family that have used them for maintenance and supplies also speak highly of them. Just wanted to share my personal experiences with Knickerbocker Pools & Spas. First, they are a local family-owned business since 1976. The personal attention to detail, customer service, product offerings, installation & quality are second to none. You are not just dealing with a sales rep; you are dealing with a member of the team or family member directly that takes pride and importance in answering your questions and getting things RIGHT the first time. Whether you are just grabbing some pool supplies at one of their 6 locations and want to know the latest ‘pool hacks’ to get that perfectly clear summer pool water, or whether it is a design consultation for building your own AMAZING pool; my own experiences have been at the highest level with each contact I have had with the company. There is no pool company I have found that has more experience and a greater desire for your family’s complete enjoyment of outdoor pools and spas!Review from ROBERT T
