    We had Knickerbocker build our dream backyard after many years of thinking about it. We’re so glad we chose to go with them, being the most trusted and reputable in the Dayton area. This was a complicated build so we experts and that’s what we got. We also love that they open and close the pool each year and we can take water samples and issues to any of the stores at any time for help along the way. If you’re thinking about making the investment of a swimming pool, definitely stick with Knickerbocker.

    Knickerbocker built me a 16 x 32 pool at my house in Lebanon, Ohio, in 2023, and we couldn't be happier. They will not have the lowest price, but we chose them because of their longstanding reputation in the area, and a really great experience when the designer came to our house. And boy are we glad we chose them, because there were several unexpected hiccups that they helped us navigate through! For one, a neighbor was concerned that we were encroaching on their property--Knickerbocker went above and beyond to alleviate their concerns. Secondly, towards the end of construction, we had a mysterious plumbing issue in the house that we fear was from the pool construction--Knickerbocker did half a day's work diagnosing, and eventually we learned that it had nothing to do with the pool! Nonetheless, Knickerbocker was there to make sure it was okay. From start to finish, they're a trusted name you can count on with your pool purchase.

    I wouldn’t purchase a pool or spa from anyone else. I’ve been a customer for decades. Knowledgeable and caring staff with excellent pools and spas. I love that Knickerbocker is local to our area with several locations. I have a store in my hometown and one where I work. It’s so convenient for my pool and spa water testing.

    Honest, Professional Pool Company that treats any customer like family. They worked with me on creative ideas and solutions and are miles above any other pool company out there. Highly recommend based on their knowledge, attention to details and ability to satisfy everything I asked for even when they didn't need to!

    Knickerbocker pools has turned into a joke it isn’t the family owned business I’m use to, horrible customer service and even worse technicians. Just replaced a pool heater and paid extra for installation and they didn’t even hook it up.

    I purchased a home that had a pool installed by Knickerbocker. I could not get anyone to provide me with teaching on the pool when I visited the store and asked. Was criticized for not bringing enough water in for sample testing. Had them close my pool and they only fastened 3/4 of the cover and didn't finish. I had to reach out to them to figure out why and was given the reason only because I contacted them. They make me feel like an idiot when I ask questions. Not a fan of Knickerbocker pools

    Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. An overall great experience for a first-time pool owner. Knickerbocker successfully refurbished our in-ground pool after years of neglect with a new liner and mechanical inspection.
