      This company showed up at my home to clean the vents and I must say I was surprised at what I did see. The vent cleaning equipment was a hose from a truck and I didn't see the usual cleaning apparatus that a vent cleaning company has to clear out debris, clean the vents, etc. The hose wasn't very substantial at all and I doubt anything else was done to clean the vents. They refused to clean my dryer vent (they said they didn't have a ladder to climb up to the vent, which is near my roof) and they didn't insist on cleaning the duct attached to my new HVAC system. I could have used a large vacuum cleaner to do the job. On some level, however, I'm glad I didn't allow them near my new HVAC system, or else that would have been ruined, I'm sure. The owner told me that his full time job was as a tattoo artist. Well, that it explains this so called vent cleaning company. They are not ********** whatsoever. This is simply a way for the owner to make quick cash without really having correct vent cleaning equipment. I felt scammed and indeed I was. I've had to contact a legitimate vent cleaning company now to have my system taken care of. I don't want anyone else to get duped by this "company," so never consider using them at all. You will be glad you didn't.

      I was quoted 250 and not told of additional cost either. When I told them I was only doing the $250 all I got was a *************************************************************** my dryer vent was not cleaned. They need to be clear on what is included in their promotion. ?? Will not recommend using them to anyone.

      Premium Air Solutions responded to my earlier complaint and were quick to call me to apologize and refund my money...which came a couple days after my complaint. The owner was very professional and apologetic for my problem. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Things happen and they can be fixed too!

      the wok seemed to go well. the worker proceeded to remove cover of furnace and told me it did not need to be cleaned. They charged me ***** anyway. when I called to correct them I was told someone would get back with me but they never did. I just want to alert others to not trust this company,
