    Room was not clean at all dirty bedding dirty on ground and definitely false advertising Pool room was dark lights were partly out Fitness room was dirty Got the room with hot tub was gross room Out didnt work in room and 4 lights were blown.Asked for new bedding guy could not get me because he had no key to laundry room so my kids were freezing half the night Very bad service period and poor quality and outdated . There was drugs being done and there was also a bad smell of smoke in the building. 124$ I paid for this place was not worth this place at all.So I am asking for a refund for such a bad experience for me and my kids.*******************

    GUEST STAY THAT NIGHT AND USE EACH SERVICES WHICH HOTEL PROVIDE IF SHE DOESNT LIKE THE ROOM THEN SHE HAS TO REFUSE AFTER CHECK IN. I WILL TAKE CONCERN ABOUT THIS CASE BUT GUEST DIDNT GIVE ANY COMPLAINT AT THE ***** DESK SHE STATE THAT THEIRS CHILDREN FREEZE IN NIGHT TIME IN SUMMER. IN THE ROOM WE HAVE AIR CONDITION AND HEATER. GUEST BOOK THE ROOM WAS KING *** JACCUZI WE GAVE PERMISSION ONLY TWO ADULT AND ONE CHILD BUT GUEST HASE 4 CHILDREN AND TWO ADULT AND SHE NOT PAID TO THE HOTEL EXTRA PERSON FEES. IF GUEST REFUSE TO STAY AT AFTER CHECK IN ROOM WE WILL GIVE FULL REFUND.
