Prompt Service, Good Price.I moved into a new home and found 4 plumbing non-emergency issues.I called Komar Anchor Plumbing ******** on a Monday because they were BBB accredited and had an A+ BBB rating. I was not disappointed . On the phone, the person carefully recorded what I needed and repeated it back to assure they understood. They scheduled me for Wednesday and a two person team arrived as planned. Both were personable and reviewed the work with me as they did it. They showed me options available and went with my choices. They successfully completed the work in a reasonable time at a very fair. This included valve replacements and running a line to the refrigerator ice maker. I would recommend them.Review from William Y

This company was supposed to fix my hot water tank from my home warranty company. I waited for 5 days on their schedule. Day before they called and said they wouldn't be out because my tank was old. Wouldn't even look at it. Thank goodness my warranty company found another plumber from beaver falls. They came out on Saturday and replaced the bottom element. *************** plumbing to the rescue.Review from Jeovanna P

Use if you want your house to burn down.Komar plumbing came at the request of our home warranty to change the water heater. They used the wrong gage wire which melted the twist caps in the junction box.the junction box was smoking for days after the install but we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Thank God my husband heard the pop and saw the smoke were it was coming from. After calling multiple times and speaking with *****? To send someone back she kept giving us the run around that she would try to find a plumber to come back out mean while without skipping a beat she kept recommending her friend at ********************* electric to check our wire instead of sending her tech back out to fix their handy work!!!Sounds like a scam to me, trying to work together by s******* an install up and setting her friend for business. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for almost burning our house down with your shotty workmanship. And to top it all off they only installed the ground wire to the hot the water pipe and not the cold water pipe. 1 of the two required grounding points. Again, almost killing us.GREAT WORK. Call someone else! Supposed to have someone at our home between 2 and 4 today. Waited all day. They called at 3:50 to say no one was coming. They close at 4 p.m. POOR company. We live in Boardman.
