Sent my husband with exact measurements for our outdoor table to this business on August 12, 2022. They took the order and told us the cost would be $220.72 of which they made my husband pay that day before the work was done. We received a call telling us they could not cut an umbrella hole in the material we chose and we would have to use something else but it would cost us another $101.87 of which my husband paid upon picking the table top up. We were painting the table so we waited 2 days before trying the table top and it would not fit, took it back and the next day they called for pickup. My husband picked it up and when he got home, we found it still was crooked so I measured it and found that the width was correct ant 34" but the length was incorrect. One side was 56" and the other side was 55 3/4". My husband took it back and they made us bring our table to them so they could make sure it fit. I thought this meant they were cutting a new piece but all the did is straightened the piece that they cut wrong which made the table top still not fit correct. It is too short and has an open gap on each side. I am not sure why my husband brought it home. Perhaps he was tired of wasting gas going back & forth trying to get them to fix their mistakes. They should have cut a new piece or refunded our money. We lost $322.59 and all the gas for the back and fourths trying to get this fixed. This is not a $322.59 job. I am very disappointed in their work and I see via their ******** reviews others are as well. Attached to PDF's one of first crooked cut and one showing how they just cut it shorter instead of cutting a new piece which leaves a gape on each end of our table. I think they should refund at least 1/2 or our money or cut a new piece with correct measurements. My husband ***** ******** did the back and fourth with them. I am going on what he told me occurred on each visit.
