    Dog crate was ordered and paid in full on September 11, 2022. Amount: $2051.95 This crate has not been received. I have contacted ***************** several times since then and he provides excuses, but the crate has not been shipped

    I spent over $5K on a dog kennel from XTreme Dog Kennels. Insufficient packaging meant the kennel arrived damaged. At first, XTreme Dog Kennels said they would sent replacement roofing, then they said they would send a check so I could buy new roofing, but after a year of exchanging email every month or two, I still have not received anything. See attached for one of the email strings.
