As our almost 20-year-old HVAC system was losing Freon and needed to be replaced we chose *************** to do the refit for us. *******************, the general manager, was especially helpful assisting us to determine which Lenox heating and cooling units best met our needs, as well as scheduling the install appropriately for our schedule and local weather conditions. The install techs, **** and ******, were on time, worked through the job without breaking, were efficient, worked well as a team, and cleaned up as the job progressed. They did an excellent job of routing the new refrigerant lines, and they hauled away all the old equipment. *****, the service manager, installed and programmed the soft-start equipment and took time to explain it to us, as well as **** who was eager to learn how to install one himself. We were very satisfied with the re-fit procedure and the performance of the new units, as well as the professionalism of the whole *************** management and staff.

5 starsThis company was outstanding for cost, pleasant and professional to deal with.They provided top of the line products. Made sure at every step of the way that the install was done correctly. TS Heat & Air just changed out our HVAC system to a 96% Lennox system which we love!! They gave us a great price and the changeout was done in a few hours. ***** was wonderful to work with in getting it scheduled and the technicians who did the installation were the absolute best - courteous, clean, and enthusiastic. TS Heat & Air has maintained our systems for the last few years. With the more frequent repairs and the benefit of rebates we decided to update the systems. The process was completed timely and the work is clean. There was a minor issue with one of the ** units, but this is to be expected as this a pretty complex process. The guys did great work and the ladies in the office have been fantastic in providing all of the rebate paperwork "ready to go".TS Heat & Air, Inc.

We used TS Heat & Air to replace upstairs and down with new HVAC systems. I would recommend them because they are a very professional and confident installers and providers of new HVAC systems! We plan also to use them on all of our HVAC needs in the future!! CRTS Heat & Air, Inc.
