My fiancé and I have 4 children and we needed a reliable vehicle with third row seating to safely trasport them all in. We found a 2008 Jeep Commander at Calvary Motors in Bixby, OK and decided to go check it out. We spoke with the owner Dave and we explained to him that our grandmother had given us the 6,000 dollars as a loan in order to get this vehicle. We sat down and Dave explained that he was a good Christian man and even prayed with us to close the deal along with selling us a warranty that he claimed was "bumper to bumper". He explained that this Jeep was absolutely reliable and that it only needed a belt replacement at some point in time. We barely were able to get the jeep home before we started to notice major issues. Seekng as this was our only vehicle and that we trusted Dave, we brushed it off as nothing serious. Two weeks after having barely driven the jeep more than a mile or two, it completely broke down with all of our family in it. We had it towed to Robertson tire where they explained that we should take it back and get a refund. We contacted Dave and his exact words were "im not Walmart". He then suggested we have it towed to ****** Our Jeep sat at ***** for over three months while they went back and forth with our warranty company trying to get parts and were not succesful. Dave agreed to pay out of pocket expenses but after three months of getting no where midas told us to come get the jeep and when it came time for dave to pay he gave midas the run around and ***** was so sick of calvary they claimed they would never do business with calvary again and gave us the jeep back free of cost. It was STILL just as bad if not worse than before. The jeep has no power steering, overheats, leaks fluids and smokes and the alternator is horrible as well as having a 4 year old battery. We tried working something out with Dave so we towed the jeep to the dealership were they offered us an even worse vehicle and when we declined we have been treated horribly
