In October i signed up for membership at 10 gym in ************. I elected for the preferred membership at $25 a month, plus there would be an annual fee. 11-1-23 I went to class listed as "Cardio Dance." About 20 minutes into the group class, ********* praise focused songs started playing. I do not follow ********* beliefs, and I felt very uncomfortable and that it was religion imposed on me, and left the class after 3 religious songs. The next day I attended a Zumba class, and it was being filmed. One of the women in the front had her phone propped up in the front corner and the instructor allowed it. I was extremely uncomfortable with my workout being filmed, and left. I no longer felt comfortable going into the Broken Arrow locaton, and went to the East location to express my concerns and cancel my membership as i had felt harassed. I was told to call customer service and after multiple calls, reached a man who introduced himself as "L.A. like Las Angeles" who instead of empathising with my concerns, questioned who i had signed my contract with and mocked me. I hung up and ***** again and spoke to a gentleman named ***, who listened to my concerns and said he would get my membership cancelled without charge. I stated that I didn't think i should be charged a buy-out fee because of the situation, and he agreed and said i would not need to pay it. I asked him to clearly repeat that i would not be charged to get out of the contract and he confirmed.Since then, i have received multiple emails from the Broken Arrow gym telling me they will absolve half of the buy-out fee, but not the full amount. I find this unacceptable. I think they should release me of the contract without charge, if not reimburse previous charges, as i am uncomfortable going in to that gym anymore due to their employees.So far i have had the following transactions drafted, i am confused by the amounts of the first 2:12/11/23 $42.80 12/18/23 $11.40 12/19/23 $27.09
