      Ordered a Net Gun [******] from their website. I received and order confirmation and receipt email. I have not received any shipping notification at all. And have called and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed several times with no contact at all. I am a small business and this really hurt!

      I purchased a 800.00 netgun from this business 6 days ago with promise that it would ship within 1 to 2 days of processing.. I have been calling and emailing the company and they claim it was shipped over 3 days ago but cannot provide me with any tracking information.. I have sent repeated emails and called with no response.. after looking at the reviews online I see that this company is a scam.. I am opening up a case with my bank as well..I would like a tracking number or full refund

      My relationship with TheNetGunStore began in 2019 when I successfully purchased replacement nets/weights through their company, however, when I purchased the Platinum Net Gun Package on January 15th, 2022, I was nothing but disappointed and warn others against supporting this shady business that does not have any customer support to think of and had other red flags throughout the process (a voicemail box that sounds too good to be true and no response to email despite saying email for faster response). The order was delivered directly from China a few weeks after ordering and was not disappointing, although was likely purposefully mislabeled by sender, however, after using for around the 10th time, the seal inside the trigger mechanism broke rendering the entire net gun inoperable. When I attempted to contact the company for 1 year parts warranty that is advertised with the Platinum Net Gun Package, I never received any response to multiple emails, phone calls and voicemails left over the course of 3 months! And I now suspect Travis does not exist and that this business is a front for some shady business in China making money through deceptive marketing. I have to assume this 'company' does not have any customer support to think of and good luck with contacting anyone at this business. This is unfortunate to say as compressed air net launchers are such a niche market, but unfortunately, keep looking when it comes to TheNetGunStore as you will just be disappointed.
