    We just stayed at the * Knot cabin from June *****, 2023. I have to say this has been a really disappointing stay. I would like to list out the things so you can see with your eyes what we have had to deal with as a whole here on our family vacation. 1- brown, dirty fishy smelling hot tub water. 2- the deck was covered in mud and leaves. We had ti spend the first *********************************************************************************************************3- dirty, stained showers. I understand well water. My parents have well water. Their showers do NOT look like this. Part of the reason your showers look this way is there is a continuous leaky faucet at all times. This is not a $300 a night shower condition. 4- microwave that causes electrical smoke. I realize you had a loaner in here- so obviously someone knew the other one didnt work. No one told me this and who knows what wouldve happened if my husband and myself hadnt come in and smelled it. As my KIDS were the one using it. 5- two days without consistent water. We were unable to use the bathroom or shower at our cabin yesterday until 4:00. I let your office know through email/text/voicemail that MORNING. Again unacceptable for $300 a night. 6- no water again this morning. Leaving to head home for an hours long trip and we are all dirty. 7- you need to change the sheets and mattress. There are bed bugs. We had to take off the sheets and sleep on blankets that we brought from home. This made our family vacation downright unenjoyable at many times. I have stayed with Kiamichi probably 7 times over the last decade. Unfortunately I will be posting this review and all of the items listed above anywhere I can find places to put reviews at so that other families do not book this cabin.
