            Purchased a metal building on payments. Lie#1 - It was supposed to be a 6 car garage. I have drawings/proofs of the plan. The day of delivery they asked me if it was ok to put 3 doors on one side and 3 on the other making it a 3 car garage. We argued and postponed installation until we finally came to an agreement of 5 doors on one side. I still wasn't happy but at that point we NEEDED the garage to be installed so we could get our classic cars in shelter. Lie#2 - I was told that I could pay it off early without penalties but when I called to get the payoff amount I was told that I would be penalized and that I wasn't allowed to pay if off until I'd had the loan for a longer period of time. Lie#3 - I stopped auto payments (I have a letter from them confirming this) last month but this morning my bank account went into overdraft because they took it out anyway WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I want them to pay the overdraft and stop payment fee and allow me to pay it off early w/o penalties!
