      Good Afternoon,Tulsa RV,LLC was told to cancel an RV warranty on my behalf to receive a refund check of $3,869.10 that the warranty company mailed to Tulsa RV and then Tulsa Rv was supposed to mail me the check. The Cancellation of the Warranty was made on 11/20/2024 by Tulsa RV and the warranty check was mailed to the shortly after. After countless attempts to get ahold of Tulsa RV, I was informed that Bell Camper Tulsa Sales are the new owners. I have tried to request the Refund from them but was informed that its not their responsibility. I then tried to contact ****** *********** as Tulsa RV have the same owners and they informed me it wasnt their responsibility. Please help me resolve this matter and receive the Refund Check.

      Gave deposit while waiting approval but dealer stated at deposit cosigner would need to buy alone. I advised that was not an option the deducted my $500 and the following day told me to have cosigner agree to do alone. We refused but now waiting over a week for refund.

      Bought a new Class A from Tulsa RV in August of 2023. The unit is what we were looking for, and the price was in range. Took the camper out for a week at Thanksgiving and had numerous issues. From the microwave door breaking to the vent not working to the Moulding falling off. We had a s**** come up through the floor on the inside of camper. Scheduled to have repairs done and a new theater seat installed that we ordered from Tulsa RV. I left a detailed list of repairs to be completed. The camper has now been in Tulsa for almost three months. I am also being told that warranty would not cover certain items. The linoleum flooring needs to be replaced but will be patched instead. So many failures with the service that it now hard to trust what we are being told. Tulsa RV is stating that all failures were from the manufacturer and not them. When asking for the owners contact information there has been a decided concealing of that information. Tulsa RV has turned a once in a lifetime purchase into a large disappointment. There is no accountability or desire to perform repairs in a timely manner. The ** remains outdoors when it would be kept in enclosed area at home. Tulsa RV continues to make excuses in place of making repairs and returning the ** to purchasers.

      Our Director of Service and Service Manager have reached out to this customer multiple times with out a return call. His complaint is unsubstantiated as his unit is completed up to warranty standards and the only items not repaired are the ones that the manufacturer denied as not covered under warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The dealer has not made attempts to contact me. Was at dealership on Monday Feb 19th and there are still repairs to be completed. The dealer did not know I was coming in.Although they did make some repairs. The camper is still at Tulsa RV waiting on repairs to be completed. Any call from Tulsa RV was answered by me to imply otherwise is false and untrue.

      We purchased an RV (Forest River) fifth wheel from Tulsa RV. This RV was brand new. We took it camping one time and all of our food in the freezer was ruined because it was not closing properly and was "tweaked" We took it in to Tulsa RV and they looked at it and then "tweaked" it by moving it and pushing on it so it would latch. We went to take it camping for the second time that we had it and the refrigerator was completely not working. We noticed this the night before we were leaving because we only turn it on when we are loading up for the trip. Again, we called Tulsa RV. They told us to bring it in and they would look at it. We took it up to them and this was the last week in August/ first week of September. They have had it every since!! They tell us they can't get in touch with Forest River corporate office to check the status. We have had this RV for just a bit over a year now and only able to use it twice. Was this really a new RV? Well, I believe we were miss-led in the first place because we were not told it was set up at the OKC Fair for everyone to walk through. We are paying 500.00 a month for something we cannot use. And it is just aging at their place of business. We even had to call them to remind them to winterize it. It is getting weather damage sitting outside and not being covered. I am just feeling really disappointed that now when we get it back, if we ever do, that it is going to be so much more damaged than when it went in. If they would just put a new refrigerator in and then get paid back from Forest River, that to me would be great customer service. Either that or now at this point just trade us straight for a new one. We are stuck. Absolutely stuck at their mercy because we cannot afford a new refrigerator and should not have too.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2023/02/15) */ Tulsa RV has done due process and followed all of the manufactures guidelines for repair and will hopefully have this rig back to the ****** soon, authorization from forest river was not given for a new fridge but they do think they have resolved the problem if not we will continue to work with them as we do feel for the ****** and want to get their camper back to them operating as soon as possible. 1 side not we would like all to know we do not take inventory to any fairs in OKC or otherwise. we will also do a full inspection on the unit before it is returned to them so they can go enjoy it.

      Bought a 1 year old Little Guy Max teardrop camper from Tulsa RV on 9SEP22. I bought the RV all online from their pictures & had them deliver it. All sight unseen and done over the phone. The RV that was delivered was the right RV, but not the same 5CF fridge that was pictured. In fact it was a much smaller 3CF unit with a bunch of mismatched filler wood to fill in the gap from the bigger fridge I immediately contacted my sales person about the fridge being different from the one that was pictured. He had to speak to his manager. He informed me that the smaller fridge was in there when they shot me a reduced price so it is what it is. I simply asked for the correct fridge I saw online when I purchased the unit. In fact when I contacted my salesperson, the Little Guy Max I bought was still online with the original 5CF fridge. I asked to speak to the owner to see if he could correct the mistake of the dealership. However neither ever returned my call. I, like anybody reading this review, would ask for nothing more than what was promised in the pics. The sales manager finally got back with me and said that the owners decided to shoot me a check for $300 or they will just come and pick up the camper. Make it $500 if you can because I'm gonna put a 5CF fridge back in and that would cover a little more of the cost, I said. I followed up with the fact that they have earned themselves a 1 star review to which the sales-manager said "if I can make it $500 would that get us a good review" I let him that great reviews are earned. As of today 4OCT22 the owners still have not reached out to fix their company's mistake. I know mistakes happen but this can be corrected quite easily by Tulsa RV. I think you would agree this isn't right. You can see the 5 ft.³ fridge and also in the background is Tulsa RV dealership. Also you'll find pictures of the refrigerator that was delivered, which was installed incorrectly as well

      Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/11/22) */ As Mr. ******* stated the Sales Manager did in fact speak with him and they did come to an agreement on September 19th that Mr. ******* would Accept a check for $500 dollars to compensate for the change in refrigerator sizes. On September 21st of 2022 a check request was sent to our accounting team and a Check was issued for Mr. *******. On October 3rd of 2022 the Check was cashed by the Customer. This was an oversight on our part as the pictures were not updated on our website after the refrigerator was deemed to be in need of replacement. This is Why the customer was given the option to return the camper or to be reimbursed the $500 dollar for the refrigerator. Consumer Response /* (3000, 19, 2022/12/06) */ It's most unfortunate that businesses like Tulsa RV would allow this form of false advertising and admit to it as "just an oversight." When brought to their attention back in September, the right thing to do would have been to put the advertised fridge back in or at the very least to pay the amount needed to get the RV back to what was advertised. Furthermore, the $500 you said that you sent above was in fact only $300. It is patronizing bordering on blatant disrespect for a business such as Tulsa RV to behave in such a manner. Especially when in the grand scheme of things they could have resolved this much, much faster by simply doing the "right thing". In closing, I'm still willing to bring the new 3 cu. ft. fridge back and get the dollar amount you charged me in the beginning.

      I bought a new travel trailer and the first time we used it we found several water leaks, a/c froze up 3 times, metal shavings in carpet, trailer plug was corroded, skylight was cracked, outdoor fridge gets hot to the touch. After dropping it off for the repair work we picked it up and still have water leaks in the bathroom, fridge and a/c were not fixed or replaced, and they blamed the water leak in kitchen on us for having dishes under the sink. The p trap came off within 20 miles with nothing under the sink.

      We were sold a camper that has known problems by the business since May of 2020 we purchased in May of 2022. We have spent over $2k in repairs and nothing by the business has been done other than them keeping the motorhome for 2 weeks and we're told to pick a different camper. We went Tuesday 7/18/2022 and selected another we were told they would re do financing on another and now being told the payment is almost the same as the $60k motorhome and selected a $29k unit and given the option to consign the motorhome we own. This is unsellable and shouldn't be sold to another person.
