This is by far one of the worst stores I've done business with. My wife saw and liked two of the dresses that they had in their Branson location while we were on vacation and I asked the woman working there if she had her size in stock and she informed me that they did not, however I could order it online by using their size chart. What she did not inform me about was their incorrect sizing (and I know you are going to come back and inform me that your sizing is not incorrect as you have done with every other review on this site and I have news for you I buy custom suits so I think I know how to measure for sizes) and their ridiculous return policy and I'm not taking about the shipping costs that was posted on the transaction. I'm taking about this bull of "store credit only" on a cash purchase made at their store. I have a small business and I have never told someone who bought an item incorrectly that they could return it for "store credit" as a business you factor in the potential to not have that money so if your business model is that poor you need to close down. All in all I hope people do go and study about them before shipping with them since they seem to think from their responses to people on this site that you should have done an in-depth study on how their company works before purchasing if you did not want to get shafted. And no I have not contacted them regarding the return I have because I read their policy on the back of a piece of paper they stuck in the package and researched other peoples experiences with them and realized very quickly that the best opportunity I had of getting my money back is to just sell the dresses she liked instead of wasting another 60 dollars in shipping costs to get something that "might" fit correctly.

We are so sorry you felt like shopping with our company was a terrible experience. That is definitely not something we strive for. We do have measurements of each item listed on our site. We are also always happy to assist with further measurements if you contact us. Our return is very similar to many small "boutique" shops. This policy is clearly posted in our stores and online that can be read before making a purchase.

Clearly you did not read my review in its entirety. I stated you had measurements listed, but I also stated your measurements are wrong. With that your business is not a small "boutique" you have three different stores in two different states. As a business you are in no way a local "mom and pop" shop, so trying to use the word 'boutique' to justify your outlandish return policy is laughable at best, almost as laughable as your statement that your return policy is clearly marked throughout your stores and website. If that is truly the case it is the best kept secret in both of those areas and I can promise you that if it was that clearly marked where I would have seen it I would not have purchased anything from your stores or website because even for a small business that is a foolish return policy used by a lazy business model to guarantee revenue. Regardless though you live and you learn and I will try to make my money back off of the dresses through other avenues and not do business with your company again.
