    On April 26, 2022 I used venmo to send money 70% (1300) of the contracted price to Eric ****** of ****** Fix. Mr. ****** was supposed to install new drywall, paint, install a new window and install ceramic tile in the shower and on the floor in only restroom in my home. Mr. ****** further damaged floors by not protecting the floors in the house, he painted the walls before repairing the drywall and completely destroyed my bathroom. My dad was so upset at the job. We addressed the work and Mr. ****** said to give him time to fix it. He came back and began to install the ceramic tile in the shower without repairing the drywall. We asked Mr. ****** to leave and to return the money because he had not completed the work and was incompetent and showed poor workmanship. He refused and I filed in small claims court it was dismissed because I had no address to send it to you. I have pictures of the work and text messages of our conversations. I had to pay additional money to a different contractor to complete the work. Mr. ****** just recently contacted me to tell me he was going to sue me for slander. What a joke..I was devastated by his unprofessional work and behavior.

    Eric ****** (handy man home repair/remodeling) came by and talked ty my wife about painting my house and gave her a quote of around $6500.00 which included my shop behind my house, i called him and to discuss the price and told him i did not need my shop painted and tried to talk me into it not wanting me to take the shop off and after aruging with me about it for a while finely we agreed just the house and he said he would take out 6 corner blocks where plants use to set on them for $4500.00 and i asked him does that include replacing the boards and trim around the windows and he said yes i said ok then he can do it, he said he needed 1/2 down of $2250.00 i put it on my credit card , he had 2 people helping him to do the job it rained most of time so they did not work on it and days they could have they did not show up , he texted me on May 23rd telling me LOWES was going to call me for payment on exterior supplies i asked him is that not included in the price he gave me ? he said no the price he gave me was just for labor, i told him that is not what i understood he said no just labor i told him that he did not explain that when he gave me his quote of $4500.00 my understanding it was for everything and i had asked him if it included replacing the boards and trim around the windows and he told me yes, i told him to get his things and his tools and leave i would get someone else to do the job , i called my credit card and canceled the payment to him , now he has been harassing my wife texting her telling her he wants $1800.00 or he is going to put a lean on my house and said he did a lot of work , all he did was calk 2 sides of the house and power washed the back side i want him to stop harassing my wife and leave us alone .
