    Not exceptional. Not terrible either. Was referred from FAHW claim for our washing machine. It was over 24 hours before we received a phone call and I was jumpy from reading these reviews. He gave two options- same day within the hour or next day. I chose same day and saw him in 25 mins. He's professionally dressed, ready with necessary equipment and thorough in inspection and documentation. From your reviews I did not expect what I got and I was happy to eat crow. He determined we need a replacement and filed our claim within 24 hours. I contacted **** the next day to verify and I'm sure he had to complete his paperwork within the same day. Again eating crow and jumpy because of these reviews. No issues. Husband liked him and his no nonsense approach enough to keep his info on file. This is after we used someone in area I found prior with great reviews on Yelp who we won't be using again EVER. Only thing that would have put him into 5 stars would be contacting the day the claim was assigned to schedule. Even a text to coordinate. But that means he's out in the field and scheduling. The **** company we worked with also from FAHW has front office staff. Seems like ******* is a one man show. And a decent honest one at that. I'd use his service again and felt he needed an update here.

    I was going through AHS American Home Shield, and after trying to get my fridge fixed since March 2024, it is still not fixed and the recommendation from them was to replace it because they could not fix it. He never called them to give them the recommendation. *** has tried to call them several times and they do not answer. It is JULY 2024 and still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (*******)!!!

    We had the same experience that a number of the other people wrote. They were assigned by American Home Shield and the initial contact was fine. They of course had to order parts, and then went dark for three weeks. I tried contacting them with no response. I finally had to go through the escalation team at AHS to get any response at all. Hopefully they WILL be out here tomorrow as the said they would.

    We contacted American Home Shield in January regarding a dishwasher issue. Service repair man came by looked at the dishwasher and we haven’t received anything else from them. We’ve called AHS numerous times to no avail. It is now March24 and after numerous calls to business and AHS, we are now being told the part is on order and will be available 4/4/23. I’ll believe when I see it. This is for my 94 Year old Dad. Very frustrating.

    We have been waiting for Anthony ****** for about a month to come back to fix my range. He won't take my calls and I have called *** countless times to get this issue resolved. They say they he is supposed to call within the next 4-5 hours or he is coming out with the parts and fix it tomorrow and we get no calls or he doesn't show up. He seemed like such a nice guy. Sure had me Faked out or would it be ****** out. Very dishonest! I have to agree he is a scammer!

    This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. He came in on 6/21/22 and I haven't been able to get a hold of him since. He has completely ghosted me. Be away that Anthony is a scammer!!

    Anthony FRAKES has stopped answering his phone after telling me that I had 1 month to get back with him if the service he provided did not correct my dishwasher issue. 2 days later both numbers I had for him are no longer being answered. AHS CANNOT get a response from him. The previous service for my ice maker, he super glued parts together and it came apart after the month was up. I had to pay again to have it fixed. He is a dishonest businessman.
