      Gerber repaired my 2020 Hyundai Palisade. My cat was in an accident. And I took my car to Gerber to be repaired from the wreck. When I got my car back it hail damage all around the car. I think they should have paid for hail damage. But they wouldn’t cover hail damage, they said it was considered act of nature. But if they would have left my car inside garage it wouldn’t got hail damage.

      My insurance company sent me to ******* ********* on *********** after my car was stolen and wrecked after I got it back the insurance paid out I will still having trouble with the bearings in the front wheel of my car they said to bring it back in and they would repair it they kept my car for another 2 days said it was fixed I get it back in the wheel bearings have not been fixed they lied to me and now I have to pay out of pocket $450 to get this car fixed for something they were supposed to do and lied to me about nothing but scammers

      Do not take your car here for repairs. The owner is simply a scam artist. He takes a lot of money from the insurance companies and does subpar work. My insurance company gave him over $15,000 to repair front end damage to my car. Once I got my car back after 2-1/2 months. I noticed the push start no longer works. And my car smell like gas while it was running. I reached out to collision worx and was told complete malarkey. For $15,000 and almost 3 months in there garage. I feel completely scammed clearly there was not $15,000 worth of work done to my car. Not to mention the owner bragged about how hes able to get over on the insurance companies. Absolutely horrible repair shop. Don't take your car here for repairs if you want it done correctly and a timely matter

      They initially had my truck for about a month for a small amount of damage to a fender and bumper.My keypad on my door was damaged or disconnected during repairs to my fender. I had to once again return my truck. When they attempted to repair the keypad they damaged my door where it will not latch when trying to shut it and it takes multiple attempts to shut now. They also damaged the window which they were able to repair today. The keypad now pops out of the door when the door is shut and the door still does not latch. Im under the impression my door was possibly slammed when I returned it to have the keypad repaired or something to that extent. Im currently exploring my options in how to deal with this.Overall, I would have rather just kept the small damage in my fender rather than having a door that does not shut. My entire dealings with Gerber Collision has been an utter nightmare. I gave them quite ************** through the course of this to no avail. My vehicle is in worse condition now than when taking it in for repair.
