Do not take your car here for repairs. The owner is simply a scam artist. He takes a lot of money from the insurance companies and does subpar work. My insurance company gave him over $15,000 to repair front end damage to my car. Once I got my car back after 2-1/2 months. I noticed the push start no longer works. And my car smell like gas while it was running. I reached out to collision worx and was told complete malarkey. For $15,000 and almost 3 months in there garage. I feel completely scammed clearly there was not $15,000 worth of work done to my car. Not to mention the owner bragged about how hes able to get over on the insurance companies. Absolutely horrible repair shop. Don't take your car here for repairs if you want it done correctly and a timely matter

They initially had my truck for about a month for a small amount of damage to a fender and bumper.My keypad on my door was damaged or disconnected during repairs to my fender. I had to once again return my truck. When they attempted to repair the keypad they damaged my door where it will not latch when trying to shut it and it takes multiple attempts to shut now. They also damaged the window which they were able to repair today. The keypad now pops out of the door when the door is shut and the door still does not latch. Im under the impression my door was possibly slammed when I returned it to have the keypad repaired or something to that extent. Im currently exploring my options in how to deal with this.Overall, I would have rather just kept the small damage in my fender rather than having a door that does not shut. My entire dealings with Gerber Collision has been an utter nightmare. I gave them quite ************** through the course of this to no avail. My vehicle is in worse condition now than when taking it in for repair.

I used to work for this company and I was wrongfully terminated. I had some downtime at work and this other co worker demands me that I clean some chairs and I told her that I would get to it later no big deal. And this lady isn't even my superior! Then she deliberately escalated the situation saying that she was going to snitch me out about playing games at work. I was trying to walk away from her to diffuse the situation and not only did she keep egging on but started to corner me and badger me. Naturally I defended myself (which I have every right to do). And then she came into my face and put her hands on me, and also threatened to f**k me up. We both got sent home. Next day I get let go (even though I did nothing to start that situation) but she being the instigator still has a job?! I do not think that is fair and any company that makes hypocritical decisions like that should not even be in business. It's already shady enough that customers and insurance companies get screwed over by not wanting to give customers refunds when some of them should have gotten then and their Central Review takes things off a customer's estimate even though the insurance company is clearly paying for it, but this company would rather s**** me over for something that I didn't even start! Nobody should ever work or do business with Collision Works EVER!

Spent 3 months trying to get our truck fixed right! The collision center left our truck unlocked and someone stole my checkbook and iPad,. I found this out after a detective arrested the thief and called us to find out info from us on how this criminal had our checks and several other key fobs from multi cars. The regional manager ***** told me the would replace my tablet but havent heRd another word from him! Called ***** from the corporate office and left him a message, and he hasnt returned my call. This company is beyond dishonest!! After three months of crappy work and horrible customer service, I took my truck to **** to have it repaired correctly! WhT really upset me the most was the regional manager told me that he left all vehicles unlocked because the thieves do to much damage to the vehicles trying to brake into them so he just leaves them unlocked???????? My attorney wrote them a letter stating we will take further action if my iPad is not replaced and they encore the attorney as well!!!
