    called blackburn to see if they can unclog sewer drain.they kept changing the plan dates for numerous reasons.I stated I had trouble clearing drain with my auger. They called me back and unsuccessfully tried to clear my drain. now they attempted to **** me for trying to do the same thing I just tried to do. They originally asked for $260 (talked to *******). I asked her to talk to a manager trying to reduce the amount. I asked to call me back. They never called. I called again and now they are collecting over $300. ******* was supposed to call me and notify me of the amended amount or the same amount. supposedly they said she no longer works there. so they want over $300 for something they failed to fix. I was ready to pay ******* either the new amount or the $260 as originally billed. how can they charge me for something that they couldn't fix. my auger is a heavy duty machine and could not clear the sewer drain.

    Horrible service when you have an issue after they get their money. They were nice, quick, and friendly when they had new client and our money. BUT WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUElike the pressure pump they put in keeps resetting and doesnt work properly they took almost 9 months to come out and take their pump back and said they would refund it. Been 2 weeks no refund and we went there, ***** the service manager supposedly cant find the cost of the pumpshowed a guy we spoke to there that we have the invoice with the price of the pump and he said hed have to have ******************* us! Absolutely ridiculous dealing with them! Not quick and efficient if you have problems with them! Be better off going with local people who can do plumbing.

    Blackburn Plumbing apologizes for your experience. But this review does not state the correct or state the truth. Blackburn sent out technicians and corrected the settings on the pump. The pump was working within standard operating pressures and properly. Which we have evidence to prove so. We also have evidence of the flex sealed pump that was still leaking we reinstalled per ********** request. Checks were issued in a prompt timely manner once Management got involved.

    To their responsethis does contain accurate information. Blackburns response holds inaccurate responses as I have proof that they are full of lies. ***** the service manager lied several occasions as I have all the recordings of the lies and the General Manager stating what ***** lied about. Yes after me calling every month 1-3 x a month after the first initial visit it took them almost 9 months to finally send a technician and the service manager ***** out. Which then ***** had an attitude about having to take the pump back. No it didnt work correctly and had to be reset 4-6x daily for the almost 9 months we had it. No they werent timely in insisting the checks for the refund back. After two weeks I had to call back to check the status on the refund checks which within that call ***** states he had to find the pump invoice and wasnt able to find the invoice at that time. Id love to see the evidence to prove that the pump was not defaulting and having to be reset dailythere was none because they didnt come out for almost 9 months. After 3 weeks they only sent a partial refund back and I had to ask to speak to the ** which ***** had not informed him that it was not properly working and which then after being told that almost 4 weeks we had the full refund. ***** also verbally said hed refund the pump but not the labor. Which I agreed to no refund on the labor but only the pump, he tricked me and put in the 2nd invoice that I was being refunded for pump material only. Which then they tried to only give us what they paid for the pump not what they charged me. After having to take 9 month out of my year to get this resolved we will never go through Blackburn again! They are good as long as your giving them money and have no issue with the product purchased from them but lets be realplumping products can have issues!
