    In April 2023, I reached out to Texoma Solar Solutions for a quote. I signed a contract and was told it would take approximately 8-10 weeks before install, and then approximately 8-10 weeks to be producing power. At some point in this window, Texoma Solar became Sunset Solar. The panels were not installed until November of last year. I was more than patient. I reached out several times for an update and heard nothing. I was then sent a bill for my first payment. I reached out to the finance company advising I had been ghosted. The finance company reached out to them and I got 2 weeks of correspondence. My last response from them was February 1st. I cannot get a response.

    In August of 2022, my wife and I entered into a contract with ***************************** company Texoma Solar Solutions LLC and now Sunset Solar for a ***** kW DC solar system with a 22kW whole home Generac Generator with automatic transfer switch and sunlight power backup switch. Throughout 2023, I had phone, email, and text message conversations with ***** regarding the status of my generator and switches. Each time, I was told that they were on back order and that once they were in stock, I would be put on the schedule.As of February 10, 2024, I have yet to receive the generator, switches, and other hardware needed for installation.
