      I did research and chose this company due to the reviews. I made a huge mistake. We had a whole system install a lil over a year ago. They have been out 5 times since.They DIDN'T drain the system and it leaked all over my floor inside my return. They installed wires wrong( per their tech ) They DIDN'T Inform me that the system wouldnt work with preexisting ductwork. I tried to work with them on replacing that ******** and was estimated over half what i paid to install the system to begin with.. If they would have told me that it wouldnt work i WOULD not have paid to replace the system without fixing the ducts. Same story with my return.. Its too small and they DIDN'T tell me it wouldnt work right with that as well. Very disappointed that a company wants money so bad they are willing to leave people in bad situations just to get it. ****** learned :(I asked for all the service contracts with dates and explanations today and was told they would try but they didn't know where they might be since they are changing platforms. I dont wish to receive money back for the system but they were not upfront and honest about how the system wouldnt work properly without ductwork and new return. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. ??

      *********** has been contacted and though her accusation is almost entirely unfounded and contrary to our documentation, I have agreed to pay $1200 of the duct replacement from the other contractor. She seems happy with this, but offers no indication that her negative reviews or blasting of my company will cease. She was told originally (a year and half ago, not a year ago) that she needed new ductwork. Her brother works for ***************** in another state. This is how she selected us as a Premier *******************. Here brother was advising her on was was and was not needed through-out her decisioning process. He decided that she didn't need new ductwork even though I don't believe he had seen it. I believe this was primarily based on her lack of funds rather than the viability of her duct system. Now that the duct system has failed as we predicted, there is no mention of her brother or us ever discussing it. She doesn't even pretend that she has paid for ductwork, but insists that she shouldn't have to pay for it because we installed the system that her brother recommended. The drain that she says we didn't install just isn't true. We installed the drain into her existing drainage system. The failure was in the existing drain system under the house which we went and installed a new drain system at no charge. I don't know anything about a mis-wire as she indicates since we don't have any detail on this. I believe that this backlash is a redirect of her frustration for her brother's poor advice and her own lack of ability to fund a proper repair. I am sad that my company has become her target and have offered her partial payment toward the duct system on top of the deep discounts that we put on the job origionally to get to her approved financing level.
