      9/7/23 I ordered ****** worth of product from Life is Chic.9/14/23 I received the clothes.9/15/23 I returned 2 shirts for a total of ****** because one was too small and one was too big.9/18/23 Life is Chic employee signed for the return clothes package.9/20/23 I sent them an email inquiring about my store credit (their policy) or a possible reimbursement. I continued reach out in various ways ********** different emails, messenger) on 9/23/23, 9/28/23, 9/29,23, 10/2/23 and 10/4/23. I have not received a response. If I had read their reviews I would have not made a purchase. I am one of many to be treated with their dishonest tactics. Its a shame because I thought their clothes were pretty.

      I ordered on October 7,2023, 3 shirts.. one a blue shirt was cut smaller that the other two and didnt fit well so the next week I mailed it back to the company.. I waited now a couple of weeks with no store credit added back to my account.. If youre not going to credit my store account then send the shirt back to me and I will give it to a friend!

      I was issued store credit for over $300 of merchandise I purchased. Sizes were all over the place. It took forever to get this far. Now nobody will get back to me about how to use this store credit. Im frustrated & really dont want to deal with this company at all now. I prefer to just get credit on original form of payment. I will never buy anything from this business again. Ever.

      My order #is ****. I received it on June 10, 2023, and returned 2 items. The boutique received my return on June 20, 2023, at 9;57 a.m. their website says you have 14 days to return items for store credit and that it will. E issued within **** days of receipt of the return. There is no way to reach them except via email. There are 2 email addresses; lifeischicboutique.gmail.com and ************************* I have emailed both with no response at all. The items I returned were worth $84.98 plus tax. According to reviews on ******* this is something this company does.

      I am writing to let you know that I did finally receive a credit from Life is Chic Boutique this past week. I realize you have already closed the case for no reply.  They did not credit the taxes I paid, but I did get credit for the two items I returned. It is unfortunate that I had to file a complaint with you to get a resolution. I did receive an email from you that they did not respond to your message regarding this matter.

      Order #***** was delivered on 5/25/2023. On 5/26/2023 I contacted Life is Chic Boutique through email stating I needed to return an item and asked how to do it.I did not receive a response and found a place on their website with return instructions and placed the item in the mail, along with the packing slip, via **** tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 80. The item was never worn and tags were intact. On June 20, having not received a credit to my payment method, I reached out again via the Contact Us form on the website and still, silence.On 6/25 I sent an email to three different email addresses associated with the business asking for a response and have received no communication from the company nor have I received any credit to my account.

      I am following up on this complaint.  I was able to track down a family member of the Life Is Chic Boutique owner and the situation has been resolved to my satisfaction.  I did not receive an explanation but perhaps I am not owed one.  Thank you for your efforts on my behalf.

      Purchased a shirt on 4/23/23 and when it arrived it was much smaller than described on website, it stated it ran large. Big joke! I returned the item after paying $56.04 for the shirt then $10.00 for shipping back to them. I have emailed them numerous times and have gotten no response!! No phone number to be found anywhere!! I want my money back and i want them shut down because they are stealing peoples hard earned money!!

      My Name is Mary Ann Pacheco placed an order totaling 149.97 From this company on 04/22/23 order # *****. I receive the order on April 28th tracking **********************. I returned the order on May 1St tracking ****************** and have tracked to make sure Life is Chic has received it and they have on May 2nd, 2023. I have reached out to their company by the contact company on their website and also [email protected] and [email protected], at least 8 different times. These are the different emails they are providing on their website as well as when they send information concerning orders. I have not had one response to all the emails I have sent. At this point I want my money refunded. This is unacceptable customer service. Someone could have reached out to me by now and at least told me what action they are taking.

      Date of transaction: 2/7/2023 Order Number: ***** Blouse was not near correct size. I immediately notified the company via their website that I would be returning the item the next day. I took it to the *********** and mailed it back. According to their website I would receive a partial credit. I never heard anything from them. I sent certified letter and numerous emails. No response. The company is stealing money from customers by not honoring their own Return Policy. It is not 4/28/23 and I have still never heard any response from the company. This company has numerous complaints and a F rating. I want my money back!!!!

      Order# *****. $218.96. I purchased 4 items from ************ on 1/31/23. The items were returned to ************ warehouse ******, ** on Tuesday Feb 13,2023. My tracking shows you received on Thursday 02/16/23. Your website advises to allow **** business days from return date for return process. At that time they would send a email containing store credit code. The items I returned were never worn and tags were still attached. Since returning items I have emailed numerous times and numerous times via messenger on their website. Absolutely no response whatsoever. I would have been fine with a store credit and a deduction of the shipping. But to not respond at all! Very disappointing. I DO NOT want other women to get swindled like so many have! I wish I would have checked the business out better. I would never have thrown my cash away this I have!

      ************ has contacted me and made it right after months of waiting. They gave me a store credit for full amount. 

      I have ordered and received the items in a very timely manner.  I am very happy with what I have ordered and appreciate them making it right with me.  

      However, because of the original issue with the return and not handling in a timely manner. I would like people to be informed on returns with this company.
