5 starsscammers. auto renewal of some tiny print. Even **************** got take by this outfit. My recommendation to find another company for your needs, there are many. Just like everyone else, I bought a club from this company months ago. I never signed up for a membership to their club. If it was specifically explained prior to submitting the order it was hidden very well from me. I now have reached out to AMEX for help in getting back the several months of $49.99 they have been charging me without my knowledge. By the way, they changed the name of the company making the charges to ****************** on my last two credit card statements. Buyers Beware!!

All of the experiences of customers who reported a scam from ********************** LLC were the same as mine. I purchased a (poor quality) golf club called a "Dune wedge" from them and was then charged $49.99 monthly for a membership that was never authorized. I had to cancel my credit card as a result of this blatant fraud. The company posts the same answer to all complaints from customers who were similarly defrauded. Be warned.Golf Tailor, LLC

This is a fraudulent organization. I have 4 months of unauthorized charges on my cc from these deadbeats. I had to change my cc and my cc did refund my last charge of *****. Performance Golf uses a company with this name but they say they have no record of a purchase. Teton Golf also uses this company and they havent responded leaving me highly suspicious.Golf Tailor, LLC

These people are scammers. Just like the other reviews they enrolled us in a membership that we were unaware of and did not request. We asked for a refund of the charge to our credit card. They kept trying to offer the membership at reduced rates down from $49.99 to $7.99 a month. Terrible company.Golf Tailor, LLC

I was able to call the company with the number on this website. They did cancel the membership and refunded the 12 x $19 ($228) that had been charged for the past year without much trouble. This 4 star review is only for their willingness and cooperation in canceling the membership and refunding the charges.Golf Tailor, LLC

I gave this company one star as that is the lowest rating you can give but it really should be -10 stars. In May 2023 my husband ordered a golf club from Golf Knack for $71 using a credit card. Today I saw a charge from Golf Knack for $19 but had no idea what it was for. The only way to reach the company is by email. Their response was the fee was for a ************ membership. We had no idea what this was, had never received any information about it, had no idea how to access it and never did. Never received a password, logon information, etc. Looking back thru my credit card statements I realized this company has been charging us $19 a month for the past year$228 dollars for a membership we had no idea we had! I have requested that the membership be cancelled immediately and that the $228 be refunded. Waiting to hear back. Next step is to contact the credit card company and to see if there are any legal authorities we can report this to. Be careful when ordered anything from a random company on the internet.Golf Tailor, LLC

Same as all the other reviews. I purchased a hybrid club , and was enrolled in a membership I did not sign up for or want . I called to cancel and was offered a refund then was charged for 3 months membership 5 minutes later ! . ( I had already cancelled the card ) . These clowns are straight up thieves!Golf Tailor, LLC

I bought a club from them but never agreed to a monthly membership of $49.99. My wife just brought this to my attention. Six months of this charge for what? No emails or communications from them. What is this membership for? I requested information and cancellation on this but no response. Is this company a ligate company or they just out to scam everyone with a fake monthly subscription of an absurd amount. All though the fees are non-refundable, as a courtesy, I have canceled the membership and refunded four of the charges the customer received. The customer has been advised of this resolution.
