    Horrible company, they sent me a letter and I never heard ofcthem??? So how did they get my name and add?? My house is not even for sale and they offered me an ignorant low offer!!! Never use the brokerage! I wonder how they survive!!! ????????

    I had the opportunity to work with Brett Boone (the owner) and *********************** on a real estate transaction in October 2022. All I can say is that from the beginning to the end, there was limited to no integrity in the entire process. First, *********************** stated to me that it was okay not to sign a contract with the broker who showed me the house but to have her represent me, instead. I thought that this was very unethical and when I confronted her that this doubles Boone's commission, while harming the showing broker's economic interest, she stated that "we have a contract for 6% anyhow," which is, of course, in no way a guarantee that Boone brokerage will receive 6%, so that is a misleading statement aimed at confusing a prompt customer. Next, having lost any trust in working with Ms. ********************** I directly reach out to Brett Boone. I had to call four times before he found time to call back, days later, excusing himself for being too busy. We structured the deal immediately, I sent all of the requested details and documents, and then for the next two days, Brett did not respond. I was patiently waiting, as in our last communication - prior to the two-day hiatus on his part - he stated he had a medical emergency in the family, so I thought he might be busy addressing it. At the end of the two days, I checked Zillow, and -- surprise -- the house was just noted as "pending sale". For two days, I waited without any response while apparently Brett, the listing agent on this property, did a deal with someone else without even notifying me, even though we had a clear understanding that he would represent me. How can anyone do business like this? I will not work with that organization again and do not recommend them.
