    I hired this company to come deep clean and organize my home. They were told how bad it was. I was quoted $4,000-6500. They said it was worse then they thought. They started 2/6/24. I got a text 2/8 saying we are at $9k can we continue. I replied yes. 2/10 I was text taking longer then we thought can we continue replied yep. 2/11 we should be able to knock it out in 1 more hard day. Are we good for that replied yes I was told they didnt want me there so I respected that. They threw away about $15k worth of stuff. Nothing discussed with me as to what was getting trashed. They didnt even bother to clean things that could be cleaned and savable. I told them what appliances I wanted to replace the ones that were bad and they got me the wrong ones and wrong color. The installation on the dishwasher is a joke and I will not be able to use it until its fixed. Guessing I will have to hire someone else to fix it. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. They threw away things that they knew were necessary for me to live and were savable. Home is not organized to my standards. Given a $2500 deposit. Invoice in photos. I need to know what to pay and how to proceed. Can you help or do I need to contact my lawyer? Contract also says 3D ******** **** is doing business under Caring Transitions on the top. I want the instillation of my dishwasher fixed at their expense.

    To whom it may concern;

    We apologize for not responding to this complaint.  My office manager has been in the hospital with complications with pneumonia and I have been on the road working.  We both are finally in the office today.  If you can please open this complaint we will send a detailed response by close of business Monday, April 8th, 2024.

    We have over 200 images, 30 pages of text communication, copies of the expenses accrued, as well as the documents where the complainant paid the invoice and then stopped the check.

    This has been a horrible ordeal, as when you see the photos of the job we did, its quite unbelievable.

    Again we truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we hope to tell you our side of our story.  We appreciate your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
