    Let me start I was banking with chime/stride for 9 years. This company does not protect their customers money! money was stolen out of my account after 2 times after ********* and sending in documents showing I didnt receive any service from them. **************** from the company was trash and company was mad that I was mad about my money being taken out of my account. I will never recommend chime to anyone and will be looking into seeking legal services for stealing money.

    First deposit of ******* hasnt shown up in my account I know ********************** looks at this for their chime accounts so step one ********************** review step two going to the *** federal fraud team to show that deposit was made and never showed in my account and well everyone knows what step three will be

    Stride bank is the worse bank to have, it started with a ******************************************************************************* stride bank denied my dispute stating there were no errors made and now every direct deposit I receive they are keeping my pay checks. Idk why they havent been shut down but definitely need to be ASAP

    They denied my claim after I gave them supporting documents and a police report. Im considering closing my account with them. They dont even give temporary credit like other banks. Like the others reviews say, they are telling the truth about their dispute process. They are the worst when it comes to that

    Ive been banking with ********** for quite some time now and have held significant funds in this acct only to be met with frivolous self deprecating employees within the fraud ***** *** had several unauthorized charges that *** reported to the authorities and the *** which is in the federal level explaining my grievances and submitted all supporting documents to the bank. *** had to reach out to the compliance **** to try and expedite this. *** disputed with my bank considering I thought.i was a valuable client. I was traveling and didnt notice a plethora of charges being made and online as well. I had lost my phone and retrieved it back and with all the fraud and identity theft taking ***** I would have through my the bank would have sssitsed me further. They declined my disputes several times. Upon proving I was a victim of identity theft from Equifax settlement breach and submitting docs from the *** etc. They overturned and dismissed all my efforts thus far in which Im very upset and infuriated about this matter. Beware as this bank doesnt value their consumers as they so state Ive

    Stride bank is taking people money. You make a purchase with your card then the next day mite even be 30 minutes they say your account is in the negative, stride/dasher direct most definitely needs to be investigated, an all the stolen funds returned

    I filed a dispute with Chime due to Enterprise Car Rental charging my card for the amount of $1323.93 when at that specific time they where only supposed to be charging my card for $468. On my Chime statement it doesnt have any of the dates, amounts, or times Enterprise charged my credit builder card every week. I have receipts from Enterprise with the dates, times and the amounts they charged my card but yet Im unable to find any of those on my Chime statements. After filing the dispute and having to explain again and again and again that they basically double charged me because when ANY MERCHANT/business runs a credit card the amounts they charge the credit card is AUTOMATICALLY held so that it cant be spent. So on three or four separate transactions they charged my credit card for said amounts and put a hold on those funds yet my account is $1023 overdrawn because after Chime and Enterprise both reversed the $1323.93 charge back onto my card they turned around and charged my card again for $1023.93.

    Should be investigated and shutdown immediately!!! They are destroying my credit score that I was desperately trying to fix after my identity was stolen. They denied payment to my credit card company but deducted the money from my account! Trying to contact them and speak to someone is impossible! They deducted the money from my account but did not pay my credit card payments. I want my money back they took from me. This bank should be investigated immediately!

    These people customer service sucks. They will get you to send in documentation with personal information on and then give you the run around about why the documentation was not acceptable. After speaking with 4 reps and 2 supervisor no one has the same answer and just try to make up anything just to get you off the phone.
