- Some exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Customer must call and get a RA# (return authorization) before sending item back. Item must be returned in original packaging and in new resalable condition. Some items are considered hygienic and may not be returned. Returns are NOT accepted on custom or made to order items such as hospital curtains or PVC shower chairs. If it is an exchange there is no restocking fees. If it is a return there will be a 15% to 30% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
