    ON 12/2/24 I ordered 4 items: Kung fu (Black and Red) Middle wt uniform Red, Action Flex gloves XL and socks. The wrong Kung fu uni was shipped and the rest were too small. I returned the items and CONFIRMED THE RETURN WAS DELIVERED on 12/20/24. Multiple emails to customer service were ignored. When I finally did contact someone they told me they couldn't locate my return. I have still not received the promised replacements or a refund. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
