    Well there are multiple issues with the business. For one 2 years ago right after we moved in, there was a flood in the apartment, from where was unknown, the apartment maintenance came in and tore the padding out but didnt replace it, plus the carpet is building mold, the carpet has yet to be replaced. 17 months ago we had issues with maintenance working on the apartment above us, they caused a water leak into my apartment, the pantry got soaked in water, the only thing they replaced was the plywood in the wall, but we put in a work order for it, it has yet to be fixed.14 months ago, there was a leak under the walls, I informed the emergency maintenance, they were saying Your kids are flushing toys down the toilet. So the other maintenance worker came in, ripped the toilet out of the ground, did a half A job and didnt put the toilet back properly. As for the walls, theres black mold all over the walls in the restroom, Ive yet to use it due to safety issues. They kept saying its my fault. After a couple weeks of the leak they finally got a plumber out to check it, turns out it was a busted pipe. They got a plumber to fix the pipe, they tore the floor open, fixed it and filled it with concrete, but didnt put new floors down. The walls were soaked and nothing was done to the walls, there is still mold building ** in it.9 months ago, the ** unit in my bedroom went out, note: there is no central air, I had the work order in for 9 months and theyve yet to replace the unit, its screwed into the wall and I was informed to leave it to maintenance to change it out. My room reaches 115 degrees, just in my room during the summer.Since we lived there, there has been a roach problem, they hired pest control, but the pest control doesnt even come out but once every 3 months. But in the lease it says every month the exterminator will service the apartments

    We have been living at these apartments for 2 years since oct of 2020. When we moved in we noticed a bug problem from which we were told that they spray regularly and it would fix the issue. Said issue is still here 2 years later. We bleach and clean our house daily to make sure bugs do not make it into our food or our childrens room. We have spend hundreds of dollars on bug killing supplies on for this to continue to be an issue. We have unfortunately have had to learn to live with it. We should not have to yet here we are and upper management has been contacted and done nothing to resolve or respond to the issue. We were than given a new washer in February of 2022 after the one in the unit went out after multiple times of them fixing it. So when the repair man came in he proceeded to blame my wife and I for the issue and has done nothing to fix and we have been without a washer since April of 2022. Than most recently today July 14/2022 our power went out at 3pm and we were told my Management that we would have to deal with it and wait till the next morning. Mind you its 107 degree outside and I have 4 kids. I guess at the end of the day we just want to have a place to live that isnt a slum. We like our neighbors and have no issues. We just want our apartment to reflect the amount of effort we put into it
