    Hello my name is ***** ceo and I have a huge complaint against this company and it's employees and how they handled a repo on my 2015 ******** **** for one thing the way this company treats the people is ridiculous when I called they were telling me that they would go into my car pack up all my stuff and put it in storage til I could drive the four hour drive to get my stuff aft the driver did not let me get my stuff as he took my car but the biggest issue is they did not do what they said they would do and thrashed the inside of my car stuff was missing and stuff that was in my trunk was in the front of my car it looked like the police ransacked my car a cargo net and small misc things were gone and the way they treated me as I was gathering my stuff out of my car that looked like h*** was totally demeaning the way this female employee was standing there looking at me and telling me had I made my payments this would not be happening to me well first off she had no business say that to me she has no idea what this car is being in default with the bank or the circumstances that has lead to me not make my payments it was truly a situation made even more worse for me than it should of been from the moment I got the car taken they never let me know they were there so I could get my stuff to tell me I my bank said it was a hostile environment really then to treat the car the way they did was disgusting why go in my car and steal things and rummage thru the car and stand there insulting me by saying if I would of made my payments this would not be happening yes I got upset with them at different times thru this ordeal but that still did not give them the right to treat me like the way they did or my car I would seriously for anyone who reads this complaint don't use this company and please investigate this place cause they are a terrible company who stole my stuff and verbally was abusive

    MsCeo's car was repo'd on 6/22/23 by our company.the agent did knock on her door with no answer.The vehicle was secured w/out the keys and brought back to our lot approx 175 miles away.Before the unit made it back to our lot,she had contacted our office multiple times.She was EXTREMELY VERBALLY ABUSIVE to the office,when she was asked to calm down she would just escalate her behavior's;cursing,threateningofficepersonnel,making defamatory allegations in regards to our company, so much that we had to end these calls ourselves.On her 5/6th phone call she was in told that she had to schedule an appointment to get her personal property back.The appointment was set for 6/30/23 between 9-11am.Given the volatile nature that she had consistently displayed,upper management decided to park her car under 24 hr video surveillance until she cleaned the unit herself.Since we didn't have keys we didn't have full access to the unit, like the trunk-only had the pass through access.She showed up 6/30/23 and cleaned her car out under video surveillance, a female employee supervised her actions.During this time,she started the same aggressive and abusive behaviors as she did on the phone.She was cautioned several times and was told she would be asked to leave or we could take the items to the local police **** and she could get them from there.She signed our form as receiving all her personal property gave us the keys and left the building.We have not heard anything from her since.She says there are small misc items missing but only references the cargo net.We did not have full access to her trunk to steal her cargo net.What are these other SMALL ITEMS she is wanting to be monetarily compensated for?She's upset that; we would package up her personal property and store it for her.This is an industry standard.An exception was made on this account due to her AGGRESSIVE and ABUSIVE behavior's.I do not find merit in this complaint and feel it's financially motivated and retaliatory.

    This company was used by out financing company to pick up my husbands truck. They man driving the tow truck took all of my husbands keys. three to four days later when we went to get the truck, they couldn't find all of his keys and there are items missing out of his work tool box that were there when the truck was picked up. The key to that tool box was on the same key ring as the ignition key but we ONLY received the ignition key back and all of his other keys seem to have disappeared. We will now have to pay to have a new tool box key made and get new house keys as well.

    ******************* was repossessed by our company.  In regards to his accusations about the keys.... the extra keys that were on his key set that he gave us was put in a secure safe for him that only I have access to after I finished processing his repo.  EX: submitting condition report and taking pics and sending them to our client.  I was not here when *************** redeemed his truck and therefore office staff did not have access to the safe or it's contents.  When I returned to work I was informed of the missing keys, we called *************** to let him know but no phone calls were returned.  On Dec 13, 2022 we attempted to mail the keys to the address on record and they came back 1/05/23 to my office as unclaimed.
