  I bought the toy car for my son's birthday over a month in advance. Is the car today, nearly a month later, complete as a buyer would expect? No. After three (3) weeks of sparse communication it wasn't until I filed a claim with ****** that someone with knowledge advised me of "fixes" some of the issues. However one issue still remains unresolved: two out of four (2/4) of the rims are deformed do not allow installation. The fix for this? I need new rims. Have I received help getting the rims from the seller? No. Instead I got an email from the seller simply stating I must drop my ****** claim/case, the number one reason I actually got real help from the seller in the first place - And the email was really rather offensive and in DIRECT violation of ****** policies. Instead of willing to send me a MANUFACTURER WARRANTIED item do you want to know what the seller instead decided with ******? Ask for me as the buyer to pay return shipping (which is estimated around $150-200) at MY SOLE EXPENSE as the buyer to only then receive a refund for ONLY the amount I paid for the car. Pretty shady huh? ****** case/claim on good faith that the seller would hold up their end and in fact contact me, without delay unlike the weeks I waited before, and send the parts - I mean they already apologized via email about the delays in receiving assistance and seemed stunned like I of how far everything got (whew, maybe things will go better now!). But alas, what have I received thus far? No contact from the seller, notification of parts sent, etc... Absolutely nothing. I chose this particular seller as they're supposed to be reputable and top notch. Instead the support representative ("C") was not knowledgeable in the product they sell, which another representative or manager ("A") apologized for, and contact was less than responsive requiring me to call in weekly and do follow-ups. We'll see in the end if the seller makes things right, but no communication as of yet...

  Have had nothing but issues with this company. I purchased my sons 24v challenger 4x4 XL buggy. After owning it for 6 months 2 motors went out, which I had to buy on my own. 6 months later the pedal goes out almost injuring my son due to it sticking and him flying tord the street with traffic and cars. And today the front right motor has fully separated from the gears and I am fed up. This item has turned into a money pit and I refuse to buy more faulty repair parts and my son being upset. Something needs to be done about wasting $650 on this item when it is junk and is breaking multiple times per year. There should be a partial refund, a replacement ride on toy or some type of credit to purchase a new one because this item is a lemon and is junk. This company needs to get it together and stop selling $650 items that break on months end and are unreliable!

  I ordered a kids side by side, when ***** dropped it off it was damaged, and parts were falling out. After inspecting the toy I found the axle rod was damaged and both front motor mount brackets were ****, ******* told me the bent brackets were no issue even though I couldn't get the wheels on straight. I drove 4 hour round trip to take it back, when I got there he told me he couldn't do anything but bend the brackets back. i could have done that before taking the 4 hour drive. and he did some grinding on the axle shaft before he could get the nut to thread on. I did not pay over $700 for a damaged toy. He told me to let him know of ANY damage and he wanted to argue that there was none, when both were obviously bent. He told me I could either take the pink model they had for my son or get my money back and that's the only option. He told me he will be putting the damaged side by side together to resell it to someone else. I will never buy anything from this place again.

  I bought the 24v challenger XL for $640 and I feel like I got ripped off big time. If you want a remote control power wheels that is able to move itself around this is it! If you bought this for your toddlers then go elsewhere. They advertise this at 70kg capacity and with 40 lbs/ 18kg in the car it wont pull small hills before shutting off. I went through numerous troubleshooting instructions from **************** to see if it was an issue with the settings or motors and it wasnt. I kept saying it was the battery that was the issue but that was never even a thought to them. After 3 weeks of back and forth with **************** finally let the battery charge for like 48 hours and I mentioned this in the email. The fastest email reply yet with you voided the warranty by charging it for more than 24 hours Are you serious?! Again $640 and thats the best you get for customer support. I was then sent a link for replacement batteries to fix it myself. To put a time stamp on this I purchased this on June 8th 2024 and was told on July 23rd that I voided the warranty by over charging once. If you look on their website you only see 5 star reviews but if you come here the people that took the time to write out reviews to the BBB actually appear because they cant regulate it. Please see this review and save your money for a company that deserves your hard earned dollars.

  We bought the XL 24 V Challenger for our children as a Christmas gift. Initially, everything worked perfectly, and our kids were thrilled with their new vehicle. However, within six months, sections of the gearboxes started malfunctioning. We contacted the company regarding these issues just three days before the warranty expired. They initially seemed willing to help, so we sent photos and videos of the three wheel motors that were problematic. Unfortunately, because we submitted some additional information a few days past the warranty expiration, the organization and their manufacturer refused to honor the warranty commitment.To make matters worse, the specific motors for the car we bought are sold out on their website, leaving us with a $799 plastic device that our children can no longer use. This company and its manufacturer do not stand by their commitments. Beware of this organization; its a hefty price to pay for such disappointment.

  Shipping was very fast and they were very quick to respond to my emails I bought the go kart for my son for christmas. I know it is a little early but I wanted to make sure it was in by christmas. The change is a metal cage which was undimaged. And the box around a middle cage was on damage also. It came mostly assembled and all I had to do was install the roll bar. Check out my youtube budget backlash for a full video review. I am very happy with my purchase and cannot wait to give it to my son.

  I purchased a 24V UTV for my 4-year-old daughter in October 2022. Since then, we have gone through two rear passenger tire motors. I called the company to tell them and was politely told informed that they would be emailing me a link to buy the replacement motor. These vehicles are NOT worth the price. Not even a year later and it has torn up twice now. Hot wheels is the way to go. They are cheaper and we have never had an issue with these breaking.

  $1000 electric ride on toy for my son bought it a week before his birthday and says they are located out of OK with 0 purchases available to California so we went ahead and bought after a week it shipped out of MODESTO CALIFORNIA and it arrived a month later. we rode it hard for 3 days and it was a great product. 4th day we woke up and went for a ride to find the gears slipping put it on jack stands and ran it for about 30 seconds and motor quit working. Reaching out to big boy toys to see if they will stand behind their product or if i just threw a week worth of pay at a yard ornament. I would leave this review on their website but it seems the only review section is 3 fake reviews with no access to leave new ones. wonder why that is? hmmmmm

  I ordered a "24v Alpine Crawler 4x4 Ride On Truck w/ Rubber Tires & Parental Remote - Pink" for my granddaughters birthday. As you can see in the above "", I selected the PINK and the picture showed a pink 4X4 ride on. They shipped a white and wanted $150 shipping for me to return it. They said the best thing I could do was buy a can of spray paint. Don't buy from them. Don't buy from them. Don't buy from them. I wish I could select something less than one star.

  I purchased the Blade Xr and it was shipped via fed ex in only a matter of 3 days, the product arrived and was very easy to quickly assemble, although i did notice the dummies' at fed ex had smashed a corner of the box in and cracked the tail light, so i called Big Toys and they were very nice and had a tail light sent out immediately! John was a nice guy and a pleasure to speak too. The toy is nice quality the tires are actually a lite weight rubber NOT sure why these little babies get on here and lie and put false reviews about the tires not being rubber? It made me skeptical to order but now that i have the toy im very happy and will be ordering again for our baby girl. 10 stars all the way!!!
