    Have lived here for 3 years, we bought our mobile home from them through 21st Mortage. Was told home had no roof leaks (it did) and had no soft spots (it did, they were poorly patched. Water is shut off at least 3-4 times a month for Emergency leaks. Every single year we have lived here the lot rent increases. Started at 300$ now we are going to be paying 395$ in January. As much as they are increasing every year for the dozens of trailers out here there should be at least a SAFE playground for children that is not broken. Management has gotten better over the years at least that has improved. The roads are terrible condition, and there is a hole in the field where kids play. The rent in other mobile home parks in the area are significantly less than this place and offer way more. You are not allowed to put up a fence for your child or animal to play safely outside. Overall not a great place to choose from.
