I purchased a car from Unite Sports and Auto on 4/27/2022. The vehicle began misfiring on the same day, but when I called them to ask them about it they denied having any knowledge of a misfire and refused to help. I have called them and asked for help with this issue several times sense and gotten the same response. I had Nissan of Muskogee look at the car and they found that the car had been serviced before I purchased it and was showing a misfire and bad compression. This means they were aware the car had this problem when they sold it to me and they sold it anyway. I contacted them again to tell them that I needed help and told them what Nissan of Muskogee said and they laughed at me and told me it wasn't their problem.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/21) */ Miss ****** was given the opportunity to test drive, inspect and bring up any issues she wished to before purchasing the vehicle. If the vehicle had bad compression like she says it did, then it would've been misfiring on her test drive and nothing like that was ever mentioned after she test drove it. We did not buy the vehicle from Nissan of Muskogee nor did we have them service the vehicle so Nissan of Muskogee could not have known we had the vehicle nor could they have informed us that the car had an issue. With all of that being said, Miss ****** was satisfied with her vehicle after test driving and said that she wanted to proceed with the purchase. Miss ****** was made aware that she was purchasing the vehicle "AS IS" and that we do not work on vehicles once they leave the lot after purchase. She signed our document stating she understood this and was happy with moving forward with the purchase. She did purchase an extended warranty in case any issue were to arise so I'm not sure why that isn't been put to use. She also claims that she called and we laughed at her and told her it wasn't our problem and that is an absolute lie. That is disrespectful and we would not ever do something like that to one of our customers. We're very sorry that she's having an issue with her vehicle but to claim we knew about it and still sold it to her without informing her is false.

On September 26,2021 I bought a 2008 Honda Accord from this company. After searching online for vehicles I found this one cross listed on websites and their page for $6,400. the vehicle has an estimated 160,000 miles, give it take. After doing some research on loans and my credit (fairly new) my only option was to finance through their financing company, Credit Acceptance. I signed up knowing it would be a high interest rate (20.99%) and was okay with that. I brought $2,500 cash down as well. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle alone and was nervous but excited to finally the getting a vehicle of my own after some years without one. The day of the purchase I brought the cash down and signed all the paperwork. The manager, Matt, went over the paperwork with me without explain much. There was a figure of around $9,800 and I was thinking that that would be what I pay all together after interest and fees. I didn't question anything, unfortunately. Fast forward to now, 6 months later. I just signed up to view my loan on Credit Acceptance's online portal and kept noticing my balance was $13,000+ And thought that was off somehow. I'm not familiar with loans or how this process works but knew that was pretty high, actually double the original listing price. After relooking at my contract the listed price of the car for the loan company was $9,800 alone. Plus added warranties and GAP policy (didn't and don't know what that is for). After calling the dealership to ask why the loan co. Believes I paid 9,800 for a 6,400 car the manager tried to say it was because of my credit and kept directing me to the fact I signed the paperwork. After continued redirection to me signing the paperwork (which I never disputed) I told him I would call the loan company. He then tried to discourage me from that by saying he would get in trouble. This situation seems very fishy to me. I desire a correction of the original listed price of the car because that put me at loaning $15,000
