I have lived at Brewer Mobile Home Park for almost 24 years now and since ****** Brewer took over after his mothers passing it has been quite unpleasant. He has a grounds keeper ************************* that is a kleptomaniac that goes around property daily looking for things to take. In July of 2021 ****** had me sign a lease in order to stay on property. My two lots are encompassed by a fence. He thought he could take back one lot being the fenced in lot. Even with me having dogs he came on property without notice and moved all my greenhouse material and a fold up aluminum ladder, and then my enormous compost pile. After doing this he cut down my fruit bearing Mulberry tree that was shading by yard for dogs and draped over my swing set. In doing so it fell directly onto the fence and the swing set damaging fence to where it was in need of instant repair of which I had to tend to. He was very aware of me having been single and employed staying busy continuously, and he never attempted to fix it or to let me know it had happened even with dogs present and outdoor animals. He also cut a Persimmon tree and a Mimosa tree down in the backyard this day. ****** had ***** help with all these tasks that day. My rototiller, fold up ladder, folding garage doors as well as many sheets of metal went missing this day. My stack of supplies went from two feet tall to literally 4 inches high. ***** told me of the days adventures. ****** brought back ladder stating that another neighbor had it in a shed and stated i needed to take up the rototiller theft with ***** even with him allowing him in my backyard that day. I have mowed my property and been very prompt with all yard care needs. The compost pile removal not only left me without compost but put my freshly seeded yard into washout zone for all field weed seeds to take over my grounds, and for waters to enter my sheds ruining fold out tables and more. The rototiller being returned by way of *****'s girlfriend, being thrown at me
