Worst Vet I have ever encountered. I have a sweet girl that is terrified of getting her nails trimmed. After paying ***** to see the vet and discussing with the groomer the situation we decided to try to have the groomer do the nail trim. I took my dog in with a cone to ensure the safety of everyone. I spoke with the groomer and we went over what was discussed with the doctor. They were to take my dog, put her on the table, attach the loop around her neck and pull her paw back away from her face to clip her nails. Instead, they took my dog back, the tech ****** threw her leash attached to her harness over the bar and when my dog started fighting because they were pulling her, she started screaming at my dog and jerking her more. I watched all of this as there is a glass window to the grooming area. I IMMEDIATLEY banged on the glass and told them to stop and bring my dog out. When I said to ****** that she is terrified and there was no reason for her to treat my dog that way, she came at me and screamed "what did you say". I repeated what I said to her and she walked away. The groomer kept apologizing and telling me she kept telling ****** that she couldn't come at her face, which is what ****** did. I just received a call from ********, who had the audacity to tell me when dealing with an aggressive dog they have the right to mistreat them. She asked me what I wanted other than to tell them I was upset, since they already know I'm upset and they don't really care. Of course, anytime you are mistreating or jerking a dog around, they are going to respond in kind. My dog is on medication for a pinched nerve in her back. The office is aware of this since they just prescribed medication for this condition. I will not know if there is any damage to my girl until we get to see another vet. This behavior is unacceptable and this office is a disgrace to their profession. If you care about your fur babies, take them somewhere else!
