    By 1/14/23 a new group of neighbors moved in above us-a constant jumping-trodding-plodding and trampling as well as things being thrown on the floor-our ceiling and hammering as well as things thrown at the walls; has continued on a daily and nightly basis for 4 months now.Daily all day-nightly all hours of the night. To file a complaint will make things worse so I have said nothing-I have not been allowed to sleep except in 2 hour increments and this is taking a toll on my health as I am 61 years old with health problems and a stroke survivor.There is a revolving door of at least 4-6 people at any given time, all hours of day and night. They act like a gang or pack together with the other neighbors-with continuous movement at all times-they will sleep during the day and stay up all night.I have, and I am keeping a daily log as a record of the events,as well as the fact that I have witnesses to this outrageous behavior-and it is my belief this is a concerted effort to get my son and I to move-I was told by the courtesy officer-that I could have a ticket issued and the office asked if there was a problem-I spoke to *********/Mgr-but-anything said at this time could make things worse-they have "behaved" with the other neighbors just not with us and case and point-an immediate neighbor that befriended the group above us-had made a comment that "That ***** Needs To Go"-banged something on our door and left a scratch where the paint was.-the first week he was here after moving in-I don't know him-but another immediate neighbor turned him against us-and since then any new neighbors that come in are acrimonious towards me-more so then my son.I believe-this group will continue on until people move or they move!At this point we are between a rock and a hard place-and I believe we should not have to move-but can't continue until July!

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I am having a meeting with the business, on Tuesday 4/18/2023 at 9:00 a.m., and hopefully the upstairs tenant-of which I am still having problems with.

    I would like to see this problem solved amicably for all parties involved-if not, I would like to view other options.
