We took our 2015 ****** Camry to Mills Body Shop in ****** for the purpose of receiving an estimate due to collision. At Mills we dealt with their front desk employee, ******** (spelling?)******* informed us that estimates generated by Mills were free. Our biggest question concerning our vehicle beyond the obvious damage was concerning any potential unseen damage that would be out of sight and probably would only be revealed later due to not being seen.******* told us that we would need to have an 'Extended Tear Down Estimate' which would reveal whether or not there was any unseen (additional) damage. She assured us that the additional tear down estimate was also free of charge. More than once, we asked her concerning any charges for this additional estimate and was repeatedly told that there was not to be any charge of any kind. When we picked up our Camry from Mills on February 21, the body shop informed us that there was to be a charge of $340.00. The employee in the office was named Binx (spelling?) We asked why we were being charged and **** told us that this is normal. When we replied that we were repeatedly told of a Zero Charge for any estimate given to us, **** simply said that ******* was mistaken and that 'she would have a word with ******* concerning this situation'.At this point our car was held by Mills until we paid their amount. We had no transportation at this point as the insurance provided rental car was being returned.Mills told us repeatedly that there was not to be any charges for any repair estimates, whatsoever. We feel lied to and cheated and want financial resolution. Both myself and my wife will testify to what has been written here and we have all documentation for verification. This report would have been submitted sooner, however due to medical situations, has been delayed until now. Please contact us concerning any needed additional information.Thank You ******* & *********************** **************
