Our house is located on 1924 ************, ******, it's a new construction house built last year. We moved in August 31, 2023. Water leakage and sewage flood happened twice with an escalate pace after we moved in.First incident date: Oct 18, ************************************************************************ the closet and garage wall and baseboards.Remedy: Builder's plumber came over to tear up the wall and found out there's a faucet inside of drywall they screwed to the wrong direction which caused water leaking and accumulated for a while flood the garage wall first and then back up to the master walk-in closet.Second incident date: April 5th, 2024 sewage water flooded the entire master bathroom, walk-in closet and almost half of the garage. Please note this time it is not clean water that gets out, it's the dirty and filthy sewage back up.Reason: A 3rd party plumber came to rescue and found out a buried flapper valve (builder didn't install correctly) underneath the house main sewage line. The buried flapper valve blocked the house sewage water flow into the city sewage system, eventually backing up and flooding the house.Risk to the house: Builder didn't want to put the flapper valve back, then, our house become a 0 and 1 game, if we lucky enough the tons of city sewage will not back up get into entire house in the future; but, if there is a big rain and flood someday in ******, then, our entire house will be doomed.
