      Paid for transcripts July 2019 never attended school because of COVID during spring 2020 - reenrolling into school now and see that they never completed the sending of the transcripts. Contacted diplomasender was told that I am just out of my money and didn't get anything for the 17 dollars I sent them. Fraud. Want them to send my transcripts to the email *****************************

      3/27/23 I ordered my complimentary diploma and transcript to be sent to my address. Never received it, never got a tracking number, **** has no idea what happened to it.Diploma Sender never sent it. They have complaints all over the internet for doing this very thing. They are such a scummy company who should be put out of business.I want my diploma and my transcript that I was promised and I will not pay one cent for it.

      I am trying to get my diploma to start college. On the ** **** of education it states if I sign up for an account and verify my address that I will get a copy free of charge but that is not the case. You have to pay no matter what, they don't offer any free diplomas and don't honor what is said on the ** department of education website (screenshot enclosed). They are very rude and unprofessional.

      A free complimentary set is issued upon completion of the test, not once you set up an account. There is a fee associated with documents that is required to be paid at the time of order.

      I am rejecting this response because: that is clearly not what it states on the ** board of education website. It says to create an account and verify it says nothing about your initial set. I got my diploma in ****, they didn't start working for ** till 2014 or 2017 I believe. I didn't recieve anything but my transcripts originally. I never received my diploma or anything else not transcripts. It's all about getting that money I tell ya. I bought my diploma because I needed it to start college but I do need my transcripts. I think they should have go give them to me free of charge.

      I payed for my transcript and when I got it it was incorrect I called them within the hour of recieving it and was told it was going to be sent to IT and I should recieve a call by the end of the day I didnt so I called back again and was told a supervisor would get ahold of me by the end of the day they didnt and this is on Friday this is the second time a supervisor was suppose to contact me and they did not so meanwhile I payed for transcripts for my medical assisting diploma and there incorrect it says I took a few classes and the other classes listed I do not have credit for and I should have credit for all my classes seeing I got my diploma and I took them.

      Today 6/22/2023, i ordered a copy of my diploma and transcript, that's fine and all. But i wanted a emailed version too, i go back to place another order just to find out its $40 to have it emailed. No other company would charge $40 to have it effortlessly emailed like this. Definitely taking advantage on people here, especially when it cost $20 per test. I appreciate the complimentary diploma and transcript, but paying $40 just to have it emailed is absurd.

      Upon completing the test you are awarded one free complimentary set. Any documentation needed after that complimentary set has been redeemed will have a fee associated with it.

      Needed a copy of my GED transcript and GEDcertificate. Went online to board of education which then sent me to the site diplomasender.com. I ordered both my transcript and certificate to be sent to me through email. For ***** certificate and transcript it was a total cost of $40. In the mean time I received a copy that my employer had in my file The information on the one I received from diploma sender was incorrect info so I am asking for a refund at this time. Sending downloads of original and what I received from diplomasender also went to site to screen shot a receipt and could not obtain a copy of my receipt through diploma sender.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I don't understand if my original GED certificate that I received when I past my test would be different then the one sent from diploma sender you would think that both documents would have the exact same info on them so to me it is not a copy of my original GED certificate. Something just doesn't seem right.

      I purchased a copy of my transcript for $15 from Diploma Sender on 9/02/2022. I had unfortunately missed the cut off for fall 2022 classes so I'm in the process of preparing for Fall 2023 and was relieved to know (or presume) I still had my transcript. Nowhere throughout communication during purchasing process was I told that my document had a small window of availability, but I still immediately attempted to download but while trying to do this on my phone an "error" kept appearing and I was prevented from taking a screenshot as well. I still believed that my transcript that I fully paid for would be accessible to me without the constraints of time limitation. But now - somehow, someway, Diploma Sender has managed to prevent my access to the email they sent to my own inbox with my document attached. I had it started and in my priority box. So I go to their website and I cannot get access to the official copy - I already bought. I need this document. If some (intentional or otherwise) glitch in your system prevents customers from downloading their transcripts during the time allowed (though customers aren't told about time limits) then it seems like a sneaky and underhanded way to force people to pay repeatedly for the same document. I shouldn't have pay now $30 for someone to send me an email. I need my transcript.

      In the email that is received it states "once link is accessed they have two days to download and save the document so they have access indefinitely. This is for security purposes and to ensure the constitutes information remains safe.  Each document does have a fee associated and will need to be paid at the time of every new order.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is information that I should have been made aware of prior to purchasing. Not only that, but the attachment was not able to download to my smart phone. Judging from what I've read, this is a common occurrence. Yet it was another issue kept from me as a consumer. Of course someone would download the attachment within 2 days - were they 1) made aware of the conditions and, 2) weren't relying on a smart phone as a means to do so when it's clear your documents are  not formatted for this. I should not have to pay twice for errors on your part. I need the transcript I purchased and wasnt able to receive in the way it was meant

      Test taker has not contacted us regarding his order. Document was sent on the 23rd making today the 2nd business day.. documents take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. We did reach out to the test taker via phone to explain the process.

      I purchased a copy of my GED. I tried to access it in my phone. It did not open. I was out of town and was not able to try again until I returned home 3 days later. I am now being told that I had 2 days to download it once I accessed it. I never accessed it. I sent a screenshot of my phone downloads, and I did not download it. They do not seem willing to send a new link and its been less than a week. Im clearly not trying to cause financial harm. I just need the diploma that I paid for a few days ago.

      I called the diploma sender to inform them my transcript was sent to the wrong address. They refused to send it to right address and the only way I can get my transcript is through them now I have to pay them another $15. That not fair and it is taking advantage of the consumer.

      Test Taker ordered document to email address on 12/14. Document was accessed. It states in our refund policy listed here: ***************************************************** " once the product is sent from our server, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We verify the information multiple times as well as confirming with the Test Taker before placing the order.

      I reached out to DiplomaSender when I realize it was sent to wrong address. The rep on the phone did not enter the address correctly. I called back to verify and was told by the rep that they was sending the transcript to the right address. I had to call back a 3rd time because they did not send it. Thats when the rep on the phone said that they do not have a record of that call. But told me that all calls are recorded. The integrity of this company is bad. Not only did I loose $15 because of there mistake, they went up $5 on the transcript. But if I graduated after **** its free. Thats not fair just because I am older I have to pay?
