    Went throught the drive through in ****** ******** to *** ordered a 70 dollars worth of food. They read the order back and had the order correct. We proceed through get our food. When we get home we noticed they didn't give us any of our sides with any of our meals. We called asked for a refund since we live to far away to return to they're location, we were rejected and didn't offer any kind of professional options for us to be done correctly in this issue.

    On May 5, 2023 I bought food from the drive thru at **** **** **. When I received my bank statement (in July after returning from vacation) I saw they had debited my card two times for the same transaction. I called the #, *** headquarters , my bank told me too and I was then given an email address. I emailed the man and he said he would send me a **** debit card worth $40 to cover the double debit. I have not received that debit card.

    On 4/18/2023 3:45 pm I order 36 piece nugget for ***** the app offered Quick pickup only. I tried to pick up in Drive thru because i am handicap, there was no one in the drive thru at the time. I was told I have to come inside to pick up. I advised I was handicapped and unable to walk and the response was sorry you have to come in. I called ********** the store and nothing but a busy signal. I called ********** and push option 1 to talk to some one after waiting 5 MINUTE for a answer just got a recording for a call back which never came. On 04/20/2023 called store finally talked to Manger (Promise) who said call the app **********, Got ahold of a Lady took case and gave me a case number ******** to talk refund and transferred me they never answer after waiting 5 minutes and voice mail wanting my callback number which never happen. *** to much of a hassle.
