    I would recommend Great Plain Roofing. I had hail damage to my roof back in September. The adjuster that was assigned to my claim was so difficult for me and the contractor with Great Plains. The adjuster was so rude and was making things difficult that I was getting stressed out. The contractor with Great Plains (he knows who he is) stayed in communication with me, let me know the he and the owner stayed in constant communication because of this adjuster, and they will take the necessary steps for me to get my new roof. All in the end I did get my new roof which looks good and Great Plains got my insurance to pay what they originally try to not pay. The contractor answered all my questions and did not hesitate to let me know the steps they needed or taking to make sure I get my new roof and for my insurance to pay the necessary payment quoted. When I got my final payment from my insurance I met up with the owner of Great Plains to pay him and he told me that this is not the first time they had to deal with an difficult adjuster, but my adjuster was by far the most difficult they have come across. Lol. He was so apologetic because this ordeal took a long time. I reassured him that I was pleased and happy with the outcome. I really do appreciate their hard work they did. I appreciate the constant communication and them just letting me know what steps needed to be taken. They did not leave me hanging. Again I appreciate the hard work they did.

    Excellence with integrity at every step. Great Plains Roofing was instrumental in helping us sort out tangled communications with our insurance company. Their previous experience in the insurance industry gives them a unique understanding that can be invaluable. Great Plains patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions about materials and the process. An efficient and polite crew had our roof on in one day. Communications with Great Plains were prompt and accurate--very unlike many contractors. Great Plains maintains high standards on every front. Added bonus: we have had compliments on our great-looking new roof.

    ***** and his team repaired my roof from another company that did not install the roof properly. I wish his team had done the original install. We are planning on building another building on our property and we will be using Great Plains Roofing & Restoration. Please do not be sucked in by out of town roofing companies. ***** and his team are local to the ****************** and will do great business.

    Great Plains Roofing & Restoration is a great company to work with! Our roof replacement took only one day and the quality of material was great. The roofers were efficient and immaculate in their clean-up after the job was complete. We are now using them to replace a roof on a rental property and will call them back anytime we have roofing needs in the future.

    Our property got struck by the April 27, 2024 tornado. Great Plains installed an entirely new roof, which turned out looking very nice. The crew worked literally all day in very hot conditions and did an excellent job. Very impressive work; professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend this company without reservation.

    Great Plains Roofing & Restoration LLC provided me with quality service on both my roofing repair needs and that of my mother's property. They communicated directly and quickly on any questions or concerns I had during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or confer with them on any future home restoration projects. They provide documentation along the restoration process showing before, during, and after photographs. They have seamlessly worked with two different insurance agents during my recent repairs. I appreciate their approach and their professionalism.

    ***** and his Great Plains team where very helpful. I never had gone through the insurance claim process, and they assisted and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. The work was done fast and roof looks great with no issues to date.
