Don't get what is promised on video. Takes your money in 1 day and ask you to wait 10 days for a refund. Not right in my opinion.

Spent 15 minutes on carpaltunnelinstitute.org listening to the speech that makes it sound like the product will be free. Its 2023 why are you still selling DVD's? Also it should be free and you should be doing what other people do and make a YouTube short with the exercises like everyone else does instead of charging people whose lives have been dwindled and cash flows have dried up due to people waiting so long for treatment. I see you still want to make people pay even after this has happened to them. Why? And why the long pitch on the website that's video playing makes you listen to a pitch for 15 minutes (unable to fast forward, pause, or rewind) then tells you about these magical DVD's. If you do not believe me, please feel free to go to the site yourself. Please Do the right thing man. Karma is nasty in your older years and not for the faint of heart.

I purchased the dvd's 6 or 7 weeks ago, and received them relatively promptly. I began to take the exercises as directed, immediately, as my carpal tunnel was affecting my sleep in the middle of the night. It does seem to be helping my carpal tunnel problems. Steady, slow improvement. I intend to keep taking the exercises as directed for as long as I continue to see improvement.
I am 66 years old, and have had carpal tunnel for probably 20 years, but it had responded to Dr. ********** vitamin and mineral routine until about 3 months ago. I am staying on that too, but have added these excercises, and again, as I mentioned above, they do seem to be helping.
