    Aug 12, 2024 I drove to Maaco on **** ***** ********, Oklahoma City, Ok 73132. I got an estimate on replacing the quarter panel on my 2009 Mitsubishi ralliart. I Paid for the quarter panel because the lady told me it was required to pay for half to order it. later A week goes buy and I contact them again I’ve decided it was too much money for me at this time and would like a refund. They said it was already ordered and could not issue me a refund. So I told them I would take the part and not the rest of the labor of them putting this on my vehical because it’s too much money at this time. I went up there to pick up the part on the day I was suppose to drop off my vehical and they didn’t have the part. They said they would call me back when it came in. I called multiple times with her saying it’s not here. Finally when I called she said “the website that it was ordered from shows it was delivered but it was not.” The only time this lady that worked there called me back was when I called customer service and told them about what’s happening. Then customer service called which her the same phone line. That’s when she told me the part she ordered was on back order and they were gonna go and ordered another part from them since they could get a refund from the company the ordered it from. After a month I called back and the lady said the company they ordered from hasn’t ordered the part. This was the time I thought this was a little shady. I no longer trust this business or want to do business with them again. I file a complaint with BBB to ask for a refund of my money. $820 for the quarter panel and $36.64 for the taxes I paid them.

    We had our vehicle painted at Maaco in Bethan, OK. Dropped it off Monday, August 26, 2024, was told it would be ready that Thursday or Friday, August 29th or 30th. Contacted location on Friday when we had not heard from them and was told they were having problems with the paint booth and it would be early the following week. I called on Wednesday since I had not heard from them and left voice message, and did not get a call back. Called back on Thursday and was told vehicle was ready on Wednesday and they should have called me. Picked our vehicle up Thursday, September 5, 2024. Friday we looked the vehicle over real good and the job they did was at best a D-. Looks like they did not even blow the vehicle off prior to adding theclear coat. The roof has several items under clear coat including a pine needle, has a finger print in it, 4 different spots of running paint, areas that the paint is not thick enough to cover the faded spots. The manager ******** that we spoke to on Friday, August 16, 2024 was no longer with that location when we picked up the vehicle. We spoke to someone named ***** and showed him the vehicle and he said it was a bad paint job. We are not comfortable having them redo the paint job without someone being there in charge that will assure a quality job will be done and we will not suffer retribution and our car damaged. I've taken several pictures to show poor workmanship. Evidently this location does not have someone doing quality checks. We paid $1,300. I've emailed their customer service and tried calling 3X. I'm not getting to speak with anyone that will provide answers or assist in getting this handled.

    I received unacceptable service at Maaco at their ******************************************** branch. I brought my vehicle in for paintwork on June 17, 2023, and upon picking it up on June 20, I discovered severe issues with the paint job. The vehicle had noticeable paint runs and lacked clear coat paint on the bottom half, which exposed it to potential damage. Additionally, there were insects embedded in several areas of the paint.When I raised these concerns with *************************, the General Manager, he acknowledged not noticing these problems during the initial inspection and assured me that if I brought the vehicle back, they would prioritize its repair and complete it within a day after allowing the paint to settle for a week. Trusting his assurance, I returned the vehicle on June 27. During this visit, **** remained outside in his vehicle, communicating only through text messages with an employee inside.Despite ****'s assurances, I received no updates on the repair progress. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I called Maaco on July 2. During this call, ****, present in the background, relayed through the employee that the vehicle would be ready by Friday, July 5.On July 5, when I went to pick up my vehicle, **** was absent. The customer service agent struggled to locate my vehicle's keys, causing a delay. The agent informed me that my vehicle had not been worked on since I initially dropped it off over a week ago.During this frustrating encounter, *****, an employee in the waiting area, overheard our conversation. He apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that my vehicle would be prioritized and completed by Monday, July 8, by 4:00 PM.These repeated delays, lack of transparency, and poor workmanship have inconvenienced me greatly and eroded my confidence in Maaco's professionalism. I seek a resolution that includes a full refund for the inadequate service provided and time waisted in this matter.

    For the 100th time we are NOT any of these locations with the complaints. Because of BBB not sending to correct location, our score is a freaking D. We are in **************. *********** ONLY. Will BBB, please correct these complaints to right locations and fix our score. This is ridiculous.

    Estimate on my 1988 **** F250 provided April 11, 2024, by ***********************************. Discussed the 30% discount offered to me via phone and text by Maaco. She stated she could do the discount and would verify with the manager *************************. I contact ******** to schedule service and dropped off the truck on Monday, May 6th. I again mentioned the discount and was told that would not be a problem. At the drop-off, I dealt with **** and mentioned the discount and the timeline of the completed paint service, since I was coming from ******, **. **** just wanted to collect a deposit on service, which I provided. **** said he would provide updates. No updates were provided, and I was told to on Thursday evening to pick up my vehicle on Friday, May 10th. I arrived on Friday and the discount was not applied. **** said the weeks books were closed and he could not offer the discount. This was unacceptable. **** and I inspect the truck, my badges were not reattached, and a grey ***** was on my hood. He was dismissive and told me to come back in 2 weeks. We also discussed the discount, and he offered additional paint services to make up for the discount. I agreed to reschedule my truck in 2 weeks.I came back on Monday, May 20th and all service were to be complete by Friday, May 24th. No communication initiated by Maaco; I attempted all forms of communication. I was met with no messages allowed to the main number or cell phone, nobody answering the phone, no return texts, no returned email. **** finally talked with me late Friday afternoon and told me they were not able to get it painted and it would not be ready until Wednesday, May 29th. I came to pick up the truck on Wednesday and It was not ready. I returned home and communication went dark until late Friday, May 31st. I was told to come on Saturday, June 1st. Upon arrival, **** was attempting to paint the truck himself. I waited 2 hours. It was poor quality (finish, color consistency). Unprofessional paint service and management.

    trransaction 9-25-23 amount ***** 7-18-2023 amount ****** I asked maaco if i could prepay for a part they agreed.I wanted to make a couple of payments to get my door seal on my car fixed.So i made the payments in full to get my door seal fixed.I bought the part and payed for the labor to install the seal.That was the two transactions. I prepayed for the repair.. ****** I told them i needed another part to properly install my door seal They demanded i also pay for that part up front that doesn't seem right to me, usually you pay afterwords when the work is complete.So there was a delay they called me to repair the prius and i was like hey i need another part let me call u back when i have money . The other part i needed was like 250 ish.So I get money i call them back Im like hey i want to pick up my part or repair it . put me on the schedual let me drop off my car to you..They ignore me They say theyll call me back or hey i dont know where your part is.They always just say theyll call me back I've asked them to pick up my part multiple times but got told " well call you back"I'd perfer a refund but would also accept my part The part is a 2017 ****** prius one door left side door seal I already paid for the part why can't i have it.Or my money back.Resolution either my money back or my pick up my part below is a bank statement of my transaction with them i am getting nowhere with them on the phone. done trying to fix it with them.

    This company I went and requested some minor work done they painted the whole pickup bed and didnt do some of the work they were supposed to do when I went to pick it up he said it was a misunderstanding the paint they did had runs all down the side and he said they would fix that they have had it 3 weeks the whole staff quit the regional manager took over and he has lied so many times and its still not ready this is the worst company I have ever seen

    I started my journey with Maaco calling them on September 29th to have my car brought in and estimated for a full body paint job and then a dent removal in the trunk. I was given an agreeable price and told 3-10 days is how long it would take. I brought my car in the following Monday and then went home. I waited about a week and went to pick the car up and noticed that anywhere the vehicle was masked they didn't paint underneath. So my car had random stripes of old paint everywhere, and I also noted pieces of tape in the paint. I requested the car be repainted and done over, and this process took several weeks. I went from 10/2 to 10/27 with my car being worked on which is beyond the 10 days agreed, called the corporate line for Maaco and got nowhere, and the manager and workers at this shop barely to never called me with updates. I would call them asking for an update, get an ETA for completion, and then next time I would call on that ETA they'd push it off. The amount of time, headache, and cost this had on me is infuriating. I should've had my car done right the first time and back in 10 days. But instead I was without a vehicle for 25 days and it cost me a lot in gas, rides, ubers, etc.

    I paid Maaco **** dollars to fix my bumper, headlight, fog light and fender. And to paint it and make it look brand new. Ive given them 4 opportunities to correct there mistakes. And theyve made it worse every time. The most recent time they painted body parts that werent supposed to be painted for instance the hood. The regional manager continues to tell me that a refund is not an option and he will not even consider it. They took my money before the job was finished and proceeded to break contract with me. Theyve continually sent me on a run around, and made me miss work for absolutely no reason. Causing an even bigger financial struggle in my house hold.

    I paid to have my bumper painted and there is noticeable damage on other parts of the car. I have brought the car in twice and it has not been fixed. This has made a huge inconvenience on my commute to work.
