This is ** *** ,I have a white 2012 FORD car ,it jolted but drivable,So I took this car to Rob's auto LLC on Feb 27th, 2024.I asked when I can pick the car back for several times ,they put me off with different excuse each time. Until about 3 months later on April 19th, I finally got my car and paid the repair cost $2778.1. But I drove it just for one day,it almost broke down on the half way. They didn't fix it up but made it worse. So I return it back to them for repair. From this time ,the owner refused to take my call, even no text response.I was fooled and cheated by them. After consulting with the owner several times but failed to get back my car, I search help to the Consumer affair. They informed the Consumer affair that I can pick up the car on Aug 2nd, 2024, but it is not the truth. Because the car is not fixed yet till today(Aug 19th). Previously, they told us the estimated date which the car will be fixed, even they never keep the promises. Now, they informed me they don't willing n refuse to repair the car since I complainted them to the Customer Affair. They just put aside the car without taking any actions to repair it. They mentioned they have been waiting for the replacement parts, I'm wondering what replacement parts need to wait for more than 5 months? It is not reasonable and apparently just their excuse. My car is very normal, there is no parts which need a lead time for 5 month. My car has been parking randomly at their garage for more than 5 months. I have no idea whether they have cannibalize more parts from my car or not. There is possibility that this car may be on the verge of being scrapped now. The economic losses I have suffered are far beyond the value of repair cost.Besides, the guys of ROB'S AUTO LLC always take the guns with them. I dare not to stay there for a long time in consideration of my safety. So, I really need ur kind help to push them refund repair cost $2778.1 n return back my car. Thanks n wait for ur early reply. ** ***
