            I need a Lienholder assignment from them. I have Contacted one person and they said they would get back with me and have left three messages with other Individuals. My insurance company has also contacted them and they will not give us the information.We need. A leinholder assignment is the dealerships resource. This paper was lost somewhere along the way of purchasing and titling the vehicle and the DMV will not release the title till I get this to them.

            I originally started taking my vehicle to ******** Chevrolet for all mechanical checks and oil changes in 2018. I noticed that after Confidence purchased ********, the quality of service diminished, because it was minor I let it go. However, the next time I had an oil change and multi-point service I was told that there were three leaks; 1)engine oil leak, 2) transmission fluid leak, and 3) left front axle leak. When I asked how long I had the leaks, the mechanic replied "for a long time". This. didn't make sense to me because I kept every oil change and maintenance document, and for the past 5 years I had not had any leaks noted. Not to mention no oil or transmission fluid on drive way. So, I got a second opinion, and no leaks. But I needed a new air filter, Confidence didn't mention air filter. I will not go back to Confidence...
