      I purchased a $200 gift certificate late December 2021. We called in January and the business was closed. We texted and called and the owner said they had been out with Covid. We called a few more times and still no answer. Called again and they have closed permanently. I paid through Venmo as the owner told me to in the emails I attached. What are my options? Thank you
