      I am not liable for this debt with ***************, I do not have a contract with American Collection Service. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.       On June 11th 2022 American Collection ** ********************************************************** ************ placed a collection on my credit reports for $323 without notifying me or giving me a chance to dispute it. I have no idea what it is for as it says OHH Physicians but I havent been to that hospital or its affiliates. I have since **nt a debt validation letter. Also I subscribe to **** informed delivery and check it daily and they have never **nt any notices to me otherwi** I would have contacted them or I would have **en it in the online portal and immediately disputed it.
