1 starThis place is a rip off it is so hard to get your car paid off with them they tell you one price they take your money then when you go pay that price they come back with another fee I just want to let everybody know still clear of these people they are real crooks. 1 star723 credit score. Unfortunately, it was during the Covid vehicle shortage. Only lot in the state with a small truck I needed. 3 year note, never missed, never late. 1 month before payoff (April 2024) someone goes into the payment portal and changes my start payment date to April 2024 and end date to April 2028. I call and ask about this, answer is; "Ummm, well, we are not sure what happened but you only owe 4k on the truck now." Wrong answer folks. A person is prohibited from offering form contracts containing a provision that is considered void under this bill. this is from the consumer review fairness act from 2016 AAF/ECA sent me a settlement Agreement that states The parties agree that the Customer will not engage or encourage others to engage in posting negative reviews or negative posts regarding ECA/AAF on any social media or online platform. If the Customer has posted a negative review or has made a negative posts) regarding ECA/AAF, the Customer agrees that he or she will remove the post(s) and/or review once this Agreement is executed. But they have told me that they are not attorneys so they are not required to know the laws. Which is clearly breaking the federal law.I owned the car for 8 months for it to be in the warranty 8 different times. I was forced to do a voluntary repossession because they wouldnt acknowledge the issue the car had in the beginning. I couldnt even drive the car to and from work from how bad it was.Plus auto advantage finance will not work with you in any way shape or form to help you figure out a solution.Auto Advantage Finance

I recently was financed by this company and with the holidays completely lost track of my due date. I went to grab my paperwork to set up payments and realized I was 6 days late and checked and they did already shut the car off as well (I dont drive much as I work from home). I understand that is my fault, but went ahead and set up a payment for the following week to make 2 payments called and emailed to see if there was anyway to work around this due to the holidays and they had no empathy or customer service at all. I will not be recommending this company and I will be paying this off as soon as possible so I do not have to deal with them for long.Auto Advantage Finance

LOAN SHARKS! These people make it impossible to rebuild your credit. *** had to reach out to them twice to have them report my payments to the credit bureau. The last email I received from them stated Due to technical reasons, we expect this process to take through the end of this year. This is absolutely unacceptable! If Im 1 day late I get several phone calls. Im doing all I can to refinance with a REAL bank.Auto Advantage Finance

Crooks. They will garnish you for the rest of your life if you default on a loan. Do not use this company. They are crooks. I have been garnished for the last 5 years, and the amount has not gone down any. I've paid in over $15,000, and the crooks just take take take.Auto Advantage Finance

If I could leave zero stars I would. I wish I would have read reviews before buying my vehicle through them. The financial part of it all is an absolute joke. ***** was so rude and dehumanized through all of time having to deal with this place.
