            BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning customer service, delivery refund/exchange, and advertising issues. Such as delivery issues concerning package being delivery with picture of proof of delivery but the consumer never received the package and they are not willing to refund or reselect. Advertising issues concerning the business not honoring the marked off percentage when the item falsely rang up as original price and not honoring the price difference between online and in-store. Customer Service issues concerning rude and unprofessional employees. On April 18th, 2023, the BBB submitted a written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. On 04/21/2023, the business responded saying that while the complaint count is greater that they have ever desired, they currently have approximately 1,000 stores nationwide as well as online services, and that the number of complaints that they have is very small in comparison to the magnitude of customers who shop in their stores and online.

              I visited Hobby Lobby Store #*** on 4/23/24. I purchased 12 floral picks at $2.99 each. I didnt realize I was overcharged until today 5/17/24 when I went in to return the items. On the day of purchase I told the cashier I had 12 total picks at $2.99 each. I placed half of them on the counter as the other half were in my cart in the wooden boxes. When I placed the wooden boxes on the counter the cashier must have rang up the other half of flower picks that were in the box. The cashier also charged me full price for a wedding item that was supposed to be 40% off. I took care of that price adjustment in store already. I only had 12 flower picks in total and I returned them all today. I asked what the 6 x $2.99 charge was and management checked the cameras. It shows I have two separate bunches of the same flower picks. Yes, I did have two separate bunches of the same flower picks on the counter but I only had 12 total not 18. They didnt want to refund me for the 6 I was overcharged for.

              I am a regular bicycle commuter and needed to purchase some items from them. The store does not have any designated bicycle structures for parking my bicycle safely with a lock. I decided to get off my bicycle and walk it into the store next to me. I was approached by someone who worked in the store, but I couldn't say for sure, as he neither introduced himself nor had a nametag. He abruptly said that bikes weren't allowed in the store. I asked him why as my bike was close to my body and nothing was sticking out from it. He told me it was due to "damage". If I was riding, I could understand. However, it is narrower than a shopping cart, or stroller, which could do a lot more damage!I told them they needed to get bike parking and left.They lost my business
